Entering and exiting the property with a lot of luggage is extremely difficult. Lots of stairs and no ramps. The property is behind locked iron gates without any clear directions to enter. The emails from the property manager were nice but please include clear directions for entering the property or some type of instructions upon arrival.

The rooms were very clean and comfortable. My room had a very nice courtyard that was cool and comfortable even in the summer heatwave. Francesco was very accommodating when I arrived earlier than expected. He arrived quickly to let me into my room. The location was amazing with the metro and a variety of restaurants close by. I have stayed there twice and will stay there again.

In the booking it says the property offers a shuttle service for a fee, turns out it does not and this is part of the reason why we booked here. The host also takes forever to respond and wasn’t super helpful in trying to find a ride to the airport.

Property was clean and well kept. The area is quiet and decent restaurants around. It’s also very close to the metro making it easy to get to top tourist sites.

The room is quite simple and could benefit from additional amenities, such as shampoo or one more chair in the patio, to enhance the guest experience. Additionally, I noticed some noise from late-arriving guests, which slightly disrupted the otherwise peaceful atmosphere.

The room was spacious, and the bed was exceptionally comfortable. The welcoming host is incredibly kind and available for most of the day. This place is a little gem amidst the hustle and bustle of the city.

The shower was a bit strange if you hadn't realised it would be like it is, in the main room visible from the bed. Walls quite thin so could hear other guests but only when they came into the main corridor which wasn't regularly.

The bed was huge and really comfortable. Only 5 minutes walk to the underground and from there it was easy to get to all the main attractions. Free tea, coffee and bottles of water in the room. Clean and felt very secure with a lovely courtyard.

"Good location. There was small issue with the parking. It was not booked for us, but ... the staff in garage in the end agreed to take our car. I do recommend to have breakfast in Poppies coffee bar nearby.

The room is much smaller than it looks on the pictures while the bathroom was almost the same size if not bigger. I´m pretty sure it was saying good breakfast included when I was booking the room, which in fact were 2 croissants and 2 packages of crackers. There were some teas and an instant coffee. The reception staff did not speak eng, so it was a bit difficult to communicate.

Fairly OK room with a large bathroom including bathtub. There was a water kettle and small fridge in the bathroom. There is a nice patio into the inner garden, although there were loud neighbours on the patio next door, so we couldn´t fully enjoy it.

The check in process could have been better if it wasn’t online. We had to recall a guy twice to open the main door and then wait until he message back to inform about the key number and everything else. The iron they let in the room was broken, it leaks water and a part or the cable wasn’t coverd and it transmits electricity.

The room was clean. They allowed us for early check in. They also let some croissants for breakfast. Room was more spacious than we expected. The wifi works well. The location is great 8 min walk from the metro station.

The photos of the place were a bit misleading, we expected better based on the photos. The check in process was interesting and I had to call three times in order to get from the main entrance into the room. There was no one at the “reception”.

Close to a metro stop, quiet neighborhood. Great cafe just around the corner (Felli). Supermarket is also close by.

It needs a bit of maintenance: ants all over the apartment, the blankets were filthy, the spa didn't work. We never saw any staff member not even during check in, which was a bit hard to get in as it took a while for someone to answer a phone.

The apartment was spacious. Pretty good location, near many bus stops and metro.

Our only minor complaint is that they should provide some sort of breakfast but as it’s not set up as a hotel I can see why. It’s a minor complaint though. So perhaps some cold meat, yoghurts, cereals and pastries laid out for guests would be good.

Perfectly situated property. Very clean and comfortable. We are a family of five, children 13,10 & 8 and all had there own single beds and we had a large double in one room. This kept the cost down and meant we could stay just a short distance from central Rome. The metro is a five minute walk and you are in the centre within 10 minutes. Staff are pleasant and communication with property is good. They also allowed us to leave our cases after check out when our flight was delayed.

The room is a bit smaller than expected as well as the bath tube which I expected to be bigger, but it was really not a problem at all.

The position, it was easy to reach and the easy way to check in/out. I could also leave the luggage there at the check out and pick it up later

The five of us share the same room and for us there were no problems. In the room there is a large double bed and 3 personal beds.

This small hotel/property was very good. We arrived late and called by phone and everything was organized. We were a group of 5 friends and we were comfortable in the room. The bathroom is large and everything is very clean. We only stayed for 2 days and when we returned from walking around the city they had fixed up our room. Good breakfast and good Italian coffee prepared at the moment during breakfast. A metro nearby to move around the city. The place is very quiet. I recommend!
