The location is a little off the beaten path but it’s ok if you’re up for walking or you have a car.

Everything was immaculate, the gym was the best hotel gym I’ve seen. Good breakfast.

The distance to the old town was a little far. Im used to walking a lot so it was ok for me but it could be a problem for older people or kids.

Everything was very easy, the pool was beautiful, the gym was very well equipped. Everything was very clean.

If you mention there is a SPA in the hotel services (in booking.com description) than it has to be free for guests. If it is extra costs than it is should be clear from hotel description. We were happy to pay but I would rather pay more for accommodation and to have regular SPA services included into room rate.

Bed was a little hard. When it rained heavily the whole gym was flooded with water dripping from every ceiling light fitting onto the glass panels above and then onto the floor and equipment. Not good at all for this more expensive hotel. The Spa was not open on the Monday when I stayed so I couldn't use it (part of the reason for deciding to stay here), why it needs someone to be there just to use the indoor pool and steam room I don't know. Would have liked a kettle for tea/coffee making.

Lovely room with balcony to courtyard. Breakfast was a good selection. Location was half way between beaches and the old town. Lovely pool.

Spa was only open sometimes and not everyday. So couldn't use the indoor pool or steam room on Monday which was part of the reason why I chose this hotel because it isn't that close to the town. It's about 20 minute walk to town and 20 minute+ walk to nice beaches in the opposite direction. Would have liked kettle in room for tea/coffee making. Couldn't charge devices while out as electricity is only on with key card inserted. When it rained heavily the whole gym had water dripping from every light fitting onto the floor and running machines, could be dangerous and they NEED to fix this! Not what you expect from a 4 Star hotel :(

Very nice lobby and Lovely pool and sun loungers. Gym was well equipped. Spa looked nice. Room was good with fridge and a balcony looking at the courtyard.

I found the location frustrating. It's a very long walk to the old town, and the immediate area around the hotel is not upscale. The hotel does provide a courtesy bus with limited timetable in September, but trying to get a taxi from the town to the hotel late night was very hard.

The Victoria Palace is a very comfortable, well appointed hotel. The big plusses for me were my single room which was spacious with small double bed, and had its own balcony over looking the courtyard. Also, I liked the pool and sunbed area, which was clean, well maintained and relatively quiet (I assume most guests were going to the beach instead). There was also a very nice indoor pool.

Bar opened at 16:30 but only really effect when we arrived, so we went out, not a massive issue.

Room large with enormous balcony, well appointed and ready early big plus! Staff very helpful(very good) and polite. Bus to Zen beach and town free from hotel, nice surprise.

The hotel is very clean and quiet. The staff were quite helpful and accommodating. Breakfast was plentiful and there was always a vast choice of food.

Breakfast was poorly. 3 years ago the ZEN club was for hotel guests free of charge.

The room was calm and nice but nothing special and we had an overlooking to the courtyard. New wellness area. Reception staff felt overstrained with different little things!

WiFi connection can be hit and miss.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Great location, pleasant 30 min walk along the lungomare to get to Gallipoli old town. The hotel also provides a free transport to the town and the Zen beach. Free parking right next to the hotel.

Breakfast was not 4 star quality and there were no views from the rooms being tucked up at the end of side street. Gym opened at 9 and the pool was closed in the afternoon. The beach arrangement was good for sardines.

Staff very friendly and helpful. Clean and modern facilities.

Slow service during breakfast. Wifi vey slow. In the bathroom they have installed a plastic shower wich absolutely clashes with the rest of the beautiful decoration.

Location, clealiness, decoration of rooms, disponibility of staff at the reception, nice gym for a hotel.
