Excellent location with superb views. The room design, layout, and ambiance were all second to none. The breakfast was included and offered a wide variety of options. We also enjoyed the evening aperitif offered each nice. The pool was clean and offered hours of enjoyment. Most importantly staff were all very welcoming and provided excellent and attentive service. Easy access to many hiking and biking trails.

My only critique would be that a five-star hotel should provide better toilet paper, with the paper offered having certain sand paper qualities. There was also no ventilation in the in-room bathroom. Lastly, we had dinner at the restaurant once…it was what I would expect from a Michelin rated restaurant but was not our style as it valued style over substance, but was not inedible.

Friendly staff , nice views and atmosphere, fast check in and check out, staff were waiting for us at the cable car station and excellent breakfast I would like to thank Mr. Osama for his attentive service.

The toilet design in the bathroom is not comfortable, we cannot control the room temperature.

The over continuity of service was wonderful and very beautiful aesthetic. Strong focus on all the little details.

The silence in the restaurant and common areas, perhaps tranquil background music would add to the atmosphere.

Great location on the mountain with incredible views from the restaurant, pool and spa area! Great Yoga instructor!

The mattresses were unfortunately so saggy that several toppers were necessary to compensate for the hollow. Some of the service staff seemed flippant and unprofessional in a hotel like this. The stone floor in the sauna was far too hot.

the breakfast was amazing, but we didn't like the dinner a lot, the hotel is specific for relaxation, the location is amazing and the concept is amazing I respect this a lot. the cable idea and view from the room are perfect. we suggest extending the wifi to 12 because there is no cellular service on the mountaintop, and the location was a little bit far, 2 hours drive to lakes, but it was worth it. north Italy was amazing! for relaxing hiking spas etc, this hotel is fit and worth it.
