Nice newly renovated room, spacious, with lots of natural light and a view of the mountains. Breakfast was good and staff very helpful. They do have private parking and a ski room. It's walking distance from the city center, main restaurants and stores. The main ski lifts are a 5 min drive away. It's a great cosy three star hotel.

The rooms did not have individual thermostats so the room was super hot all the time and we had to sleep with the windows open.

Rooms were terrific. Cozy and new. Staff was awesome. We have travelled all over the world and this was the friendliest, most helpful staff we have ever encountered. Can't recommend this place enough. We will be back.

Beautiful hotel with terrific rooms. Breakfast was awesome. Staff is beyond friendly. We were hung up a bad deal at a place we booked. The owner got on the phone and found us alternative accommodations last minute--they were full. Above and beyond. Would stay here again for sure.

Sometimes in the morning at breakfast they seemed a bit disorganized, but this is probably to be expected at a small hotel with a small staff.

The location was great--an easy walk to lots of restaurants and shopping. The room was cozy and comfortable, and Simonetta at the front desk was extremely helpful and friendly. Can't believe it's only rated as a three star hotel.

Depending on where you are in the hotel, it can be noisy with road noise. The room was little cold at night because the heat was not on yet when we visited in late September

We loved the Pine wood in our room and was surprised at how spacious it was. Best comfortable bed so far within our 4 week vacation in Europe! The shower had a great vibe with colour changing lights. High quality toiletries included. And we loved the great selection of tea bags to enjoy a nice cup of tea on the balcony overlooking the Dolomites. Staff very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was great.

My only small complaint was that the bed was not the most comfortable.

The hotel is in a great location and walking distance to the main pedestrian zone, restaurants and chairlifts. The staff at the hotel were superb in providing us information on a variety of topics about getting to the top attractions, restaurant recommendations, etc. The room was huge and it had two balconies and had amazing views. The bathroom was big and had a very nice rainfall shower. The breakfast was surprisingly very good and had lots of choices.

Next to a restaurant that had a lot of smokers so smoke would come in room when the windows were open. Garbage truck came by every morning at 6 and was very loud!!

Great breakfast and coffee. Huge rooms and large bathroom. Great views on each side of our room. Very friendly staff and helpful with advice on local activities. Free secure parking.
