It’s not possible to bring food and eat there for hygiene reasons.

It’s a beautiful place, the pool is super clean (they clean it everyday), and we had a lot of silence. The breakfast is also good (it is possible to ask for a « to go » breakfast in case you need to leave early) and you can book a home made dinner there. The hosts are very friendly :)

It’s not that we didn’t like it but beware. This is not a hotel, it’s a villa b&b. They run it with their way and principles and if it’s fine for you (it was with us) then perfect.

The hosts are great, kind, helpful and fun. If you stay more than a couple of nights, make sure you eat one dinner here. Federico helps with some tips about the beaches and timings. They are also so kind to prepare us some breakfast baskets for our boat trip. And we learned that Toto Cutugno is not the coolest Italian music at all :)))

If you stay longer the à la carte menu might be a bit too short but knowing that Francesca cooks everything herself for the guests you really have to appreciate her cook.

Beautiful villa with amazing views, just on the outskirts of Porto Redondo. Perfect spot for exploring Costa Esmerlda and all of its beautiful beaches and ports. Everything is only a short drive away. Wonderful hospitality and recommendations on beaches, restaurants to visit, etc. shown by the owners. The breakfast offering was a lovely addition. It felt like a home away from home. Peaceful, picturesque, and with warm hospitality. I'd highly recommend a stay.

The B&B is exceptionally well managed, beautiful garden, nice shared swimming pool, the suite was big and clean, it had a beautiful view on the sea in the distance. The breakfast was great and generous, and the hosts were kind and present. They catered for everything we asked for, they offered advice on nice beaches to visit, they even prepared dinner for us on very late notice and wouldn’t let us pay. The property is a short drive from beautiful beaches and ports, there are also lots of restaurants to choose from in the area.

We loved the beautiful setting and location of this property, a short drive from Olbia. We loved the view and balcony in our room and the pool was especially nice to cool off in at the end of some very hot days! We loved the fact we could eat on site in the evening and not have to drive as Francesca would (notice at breakfast time) prepare the most delicious food, with Frederico always on hand as our genial host with stories and tips. The grounds and rooms were immaculately kept and we enjoyed a fabulous five nights here. Thank you to Frederico and Francesca for all their hard work and love they pour into this outstanding guest house.

The Villa is located in a wonderful garden with palms and olive trees, with a great view on the pool and the mediterranian sea. On top of it Francesca and Federico are the best hosts you can imagine, making you feel like being in a family. Parmigiana di melanzane alla Francesca and Café Americano di Federico included.

The rooms lack some decor, doesn’t match the exterior, the beds are not comfortable, they could invest a bit more in the comfort, beds, mattress, sheets, pillows, etc.. The breakfast is only from 8:00 to 9:30, but they make you a early breakfast if you need it early. The restaurant must be reserved in the morning for the evening. The pool only opens from 11:00 to 19:00 if you’re planing on staying in the hotel you finish your breakfast and you have to wait for the pool to open. I didn’t feel at home, and I always had the feeling that they were making me a favor to stay in their place, that’s a shame when you are paying almost 300 a night..

The place is really beautiful with a lot of potential, it was clean and the breakfast is good with quality items, it’s not a typical all you can eat buffet but it’s ok for us, we prefer quality over quantity, the gardens are well maintained, really beautiful and pleasant, the views are astonishing, the pool is a decent size and the water was a good temperature. Really good hairdryer in the room.

In my opinion they should not consider themself as four star hotel but as home accommodation. As that would describe this location more accurately. Maybe yes we should look more carefully if we make reservation. But we just had a superb experience in Tuscany hotel what was hotel.

It is good if you want to have B&B experience. Location is remote and quiet so there is no street and traffic noise.

Great location - not far from the airport and towns, but also lots of beaches nearby. Lovely clean and spacious rooms. Great pool and nicely kept grounds. Delicious breakfast and evening meals which were great for kids and adults. Fantastic friendly hosts who helped with daily trip and restaurant recommendations.
