Apartment was modern, clean and was located in perfect place - you have a beach right in front of the gate. Host was absolutely amazing and nice. He helped us so much. This was one of the best trip.

Everything was great! Modern roomy and comfy! Valdim was a great host and had many recommendations that were fantastic. Olga also helped us with towels and breakfast. She was a doll!!

Lovely modern spacious apartment, immaculately clean. Owners were incredibly helpful and friendly whenever we needed anything. Quiet with no interruptions.

We didn’t realise when we booked that it is quite a long walk into the centre of Reggio Calabria, but we soon got used to this and in the end we were glad to walk off some of the food we ate over the holiday!

Clean, new furnishings, very high standard and the host... super helpful. Just beyond the gate, there is a beach with an excellent view of Sicily.

I would first like to sincerely thank our host and his wife for the warm and friendly welcome – such kind-hearted people who made us feel like we had truly come home! Thank you for that! The apartment is a perfect 10/10 – beautifully designed, modern, and equipped with everything you might need. The lounge area is super cozy, and we were even allowed to use the sunbeds by the sea, which was such a treat. Our host also shared some excellent local recommendations, which made our stay even better. If I ever return to this city, I would definitely stay again with these lovely people in their spacious, stylish, and comfortable apartment. Thank you again, and wishing you all the best!

Modern and responsive staff

We were very impressed by the hospitality and helpfulness of the hosts. The location is right in front of the beach and provides easy access to the city center. The apartment is beautifully curated, minimalistic, and exceptionally clean. The beds are very comfortable. Close to the beach and the ferry departure and airport. Perfect stay, the apartment is brand new, was extremely clean, very well equipped and beautiful. Nice breakfast offered. The owners are very kind and thoughtful, gave us very good adresses. Thanks a lot, it makes the difference. We highly recommand!

Nothing! Perfect stay

The location being right on the beach is perfect for any sized group. Sparkling clean, private gated property, and near the airport too. The weather and beach were perfect for any outside activity. The location is fairly close to the center, as well as being close to a dock to take a ferry to Sicily. The owners were perfect in their kindness and attentiveness to any questions. Very strong communication and patience. I wish I stayed longer from how perfect the stay was from beginning to end.

Accessibility: This stay is just 15 mins away via public transport from station, port and airport. House: We just fell in love with how clean and well organized everything was. You just have to open the gate to walk into the beach and watch Mount Etna right from the house. We were already provided with snack breakfast, milk, juice and some flavored yoghurts. There is very well equipped kitchen with all utensils if you feel like cooking. Host: Above all the comforts of the house, the hosts (Vadym, his English speaking sister and Angelica) are amazing. In my 4 years of traveling and staying at many places, this is the place that felt like home with their heart warming hospitality. The host is always accessible in the property and responsive. We met their whole family and everyone is very friendly. It's a pity that we underestimated this beautiful city and only stayed for a day to catch our flight the next day. but would definitely come here for long stay soon.

The hosts were very helpful and kind. The property is located across the street from the beach. The apartment was large and comfortable.

The property was well equipped and really clean. The location is ideal for relaxing by the beach as it’s a 10 second walk from the property. Verbal couldn’t fault a thing. The property manager was extremely helpful with anything we needed and went beyond to help us.

Outstanding accommodation and service from the owner Considerable planning and thought put in to this. The complex itself is in a very quiet gated and landscaped spot. Bright new modern well equipped and spacious rooms which are kept spotlessly clean. In room Italian breakfasts were really useful before heading out. We used a combination of walk/ 14 bus or Marco the owners preferred taxi driver - all worked well. Host Vadym and Olga treat you like royalty and have a lovely sense of humour. Impossible to fault anything . Will definitely return.
