It is located two steeets away from the beach. So it is a silent location. You have iron, iron board, hair dryer, common washing machine. Mister Fabrizio is a lovely man. Help us a lot during our accommodation. We need our gas cilindree to be replaced. Did it in a couple of minutes.

The villa is located across the railroad from the beach, so the road from the beach is quite hilly and there was a bit of noise from the trains. We didn’t mind, but for some it may be a problem :)

A great place to stay in Giardini Naxos. A 10 minute walk from the sea, we had a balcony overlooking the sea and it was amazing. The apartment is spacious, has AC and all the necessary amenities, including washing machines and beach umbrellas. The owner was friendly and gave us some recommendations for good restaurants nearby. There is also a bus stop for buses to Taormina quite close to the apartment. We really enjoyed the stay

The kitchen was missing some Basic equipment such as knife and cutting board. Would Also be great to have some more cleaning tools, but ok for our short stay. Close to the beach but up a hill which could be a bit tough in the sun for small childrens and elderly. . Great view of the sea, but you need an umbrella to enjoy it for breakfast.

Fabrizio is great host he was always willing to help us. The apartment is cozy with all necessary stuff (hair dryer, iron, kitchen equipment). It is located in a quiet neighbourhood but just 5 minutes walk to the beach. You can easily reach Taormina by car or bus as well.

A few hundred meters away from the hustle and bustle of the seafront, just enough to avoid the noise and the parking issues, close enough to get to the main restaurants and beaches easily. Overall: perfect location!

Good location close to town centre for beach and restaurants. Relatively quiet location. Onsite parking. Friendly and helpful host. Property has communal gardens and ample parking. We felt safe and secure. Each apartment well appointed for simple self catering but lots of restaurants, takeaway pizzeria, small supermarkets within 500m walk

As a suggestion for upgrading the apartament we would recommend adding more kitchen supplies like different dishes, wine glasses, knives, electronic kettle or coffee maker etc. that would allow to fully prepare meals at the apartament.

Great location, the beach and the center of Giardini Naxos were 5 min walk. The villa has perfect indoors parking place where its possible to safely leave your car. Also our host Fabrizio was really helpful and friendly and provided with all the necesary information. The apartment was clean and cozy, everything was working and we had a terrace with a nice sea view. Overall it was really good stay and we would definitely recommend it.

Wonderful and clean place with beautiful and spatious garden, perfect for larger group or multiple families. The beach was just a couple of minutes away, same for all the other facilities. The owner was absolutely sweet and very helpful with everything. He even drove us to the place from the bus stop.

Appartement was close to the beach, had a lot of space and it didn't get to warm inside (we didn't even use the air-conditioning). It had a nice balcony and we could use the garden to sit outside.

We werent there on a mosquito season yet, it would be better if there was some musquito resistant wire window frames.

The owner greeted us on the door, It was very easy to get the keys.
