Great location, easy to locate on a very quiet street, lovely staff, comfortable bed and excellent shower. Stunning view of lake from the balcony and from the roof top seating area. All very clean. Really good breakfast. Lots of parking space. We were allowed to leave our luggage after checkout which was much appreciated. Would stay here again.

The hotel is on top location. I liked the breakfast, there was enough choice of food for everyone. Coffe was excellent and the staff is friendly.

Well the beds are quite old and hard, not comfortable at all. The breakfast has limited options.

Sometimes felt a little rushed at breakfast.

A beautiful view across the mountain and lake. Charming hotel in a lovely village. Good to get secure, free parking outside the hotel. The church bells nearby were beautiful.

I got "lucky", as the bed had new mattresses. Unfortunately for me, as they were new, they were very hard and therefore I did not sleep that well. But, this is a temporary condition, and it is good that they switch mattresses.

The breakfast, as simple as it was, was very good. I love the stuffed croissants, they are really great. The location right in the center is very convenient, with many restaurants in walking distance.

Location - easy to walk into town. There were rooms with better views but ours was a balcony adjacent to the parking - but it was one night so I get it. Nice to have a balcony anyway! Everything was clean and pleasant, there were toiletries, the breakfast was fine, not amazing but nothing to moan about. There's a roof terrace at the top which was lovely for a late night look at the panoramic view. Convenient for harbour etc etc Bit of faded grandeur vibe, retro decor

The beds are so hard and uncomfortable ( this could be personal choice) and the rooms are quite noisy you can hear other residents quite clearly, however it was quiet at night.

Fantastic location 5m walk to the Lake where there are plenty of Bars, Cafes and restaurants. The Hotel staff were so very friendly and helpful and there is a secure car park attached to the hotel for customers . We had a lovely big balcony with our room and although we didn’t use it there is a small but inviting pool with a terrace to lounge around. Breakfast was adequate for what we wanted with a choice of fresh produce.

The room was on the first floor, and the window was on the car parking, so it wasn't possible to open the blinds for windows .so the room was dark every time :(

Ground floor rooms have windows opening to a parking lot so keeping windows open is not an option due to fumes/noise. The noise from the train can be heard quite well as well as the chruch bell near by.

It is near the train station/bus stop. The hotel is clean and well kept (though outdated). Breakfast is good and staff is helpful.

Location close to the lake and town. Superb views of lake and mountains from the 4th Floor where our room was with a balcony. Cosy feel to the accommodation. Parking good. Don’t be worried when your Satnav takes you up an apparently pedestrian road (it’s not) then right into a narrow winding street - it doesn’t last long and takes you straight to the hotel. Good breakfast. Would recommend.

We were unable to go in the pool..despite fact it was still warm. This was unfortunate as it was one reason I booked the hotel.. We were told it was too cold to go.in the pool? ..It would have been nice to have been told the pool was unavailable on booking..

Automatic machine for coffee which made the quality quite low.

Excellent room with little balcony and lake view, decoration was cosy and bathroom very comfortable with modern shower. Excellent to have the option of free parking as well as private garage for overnight staying.

it was quite cold at night (end of September), but I myself did not ask for an extra blanket in time.

Although we visited the Borromean Islands already after checking out, the hotel allowed us to park for free.
