The villa was pretty perfect. No changes are needed aside from the WiFi was slightly poor some days. But aside from that no real issues.

We visited for my partner's birthday. The villa was absolutely perfect. Quiet, beautiful views and a relaxing and newly fitted swimming pool. Perfect size for relaxing and enjoying a quiet stay away from the busy resorts. Perfect check in, with Bernardo who is a kind and helpful host. A short drive from beautiful beaches....really is idyllic.

This spacious villa is located on the hill top of Capo Coda Cavallo. It has a wonderful view just as ut appears in the photo. I loved to be on the terrace every evening to see the sunset. The owner of the villa, Bernardo was very kind and brought things (a toaster, un extra pillow, a parasol) as soon as we asked for. We would love to come back to the villa if we visit Sardegna in the future.

Third bedroom was a long way from the other bedrooms so unsuitable for any of our young children.

We have just come back from a wonderful vacation in Sardinia, where we enjoyed our stay in this great villa! It was spotless clean upon our arrival, and we tried to leave it in the same way upon our departure. It was very well furnished and we really felt as if we were at home. It is situated in a very picturesque location with a great view of the sea and the rocks of the surrounding hills. It is only 10 minutes walking distance from two beaches and while the other beaches are a little further away, I would definitely recommend reaching them. The owner is a very affable, open, and communicable person, and he provided us with great suggestions of what to visit during our stay. He speaks English and it was very easy to for us to discuss any details whether over e-mail or over the phone. Everything that we have agreed upon for our arrival was carried out on time, and we were even gifted a small present upon our arrival (a large tray of various locally sourced fruits that were absolutely delicious). During our one week stay, we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. A washing machine, dishwasher, two air conditioners, a large variety of different plates for a large group of people, and more amenities to your desire. We were five people, but it felt like there was enough cutlery and plates to feed a small village of people! This is a place that we wholeheartedly recommend to everyone stay at! The villa is one of a small group of villas clustered together and although the configuration gives you privacy you can still hear your neighbours, which makes the place quite noisy in the evenings and in the mornings due to people parking on the dirt road in front of the villa to head to the nearby beaches (unfortunately August is the busiest month in Sardinia). We couldn't enjoy the evening sunsets dining out in the patio due the high number of wasps that currently seem to be affecting the whole San Teodoro area. We waited until the sun went down to eat dinner outside.

Huge house on two floors perfect for large groups or even two families as the split level accomodation allows for privacy. The host was very kind and helpful throughout our stay. Lovely view from the patio, nice rear patio for evening dinners and master bedroom upstairs enjoys the same view of the sea. Upon arrival we were welcomed with a generous amount of breakfast treats and a bottle of wine which was very kind.
