The two clubs on the street below the hotel played loud music on Thursday and Friday night until almost 3 AM in the morning.

Beautiful rooms with an incredible view and in a perfect location close to the town center.

Good space. Apartment was large, the size and number of balconies were impressive. Was nice having two bathrooms and a washing machine. Only stayed one night, but it was convenient to the train station.

Hotel lacked any atmosphere. The bar and communal areas were dead. Jacuzzi pool not switched on. Indoor pool closed. Also the beds are hard! We had a room with no balcony which felt cramped. Also our air con broke down 3 nights in a row. Staff did all they could to help us though and gave good advice about thungs to do in the area.

Location is great. Hotel is clean and staff helpful.

The shower! The pressure was strange. And the hose was lose so it kept falling down and moving around. The drain was blocked so the shower base kept filling up. We were only there for a short stay so never bothered to complain about it. It was manageable! But if we had been there a week it would have been annoying.

Very central. Close to beaches, the port and many restaurants and bars. Perfect location! The view from the roof top pool was great. Everything was clean and air con was good etc. the room was very basic but functioned for us.

Fantastic location on the harbour and the restaurants are very close. Clean and tidy, rooftop pool very relaxing.

We booked the two-bed room with seaview, but we received four-bed room with one glass only. It was a little weird. Also the breakfest did not match the four-star hotel standard.

Location is excellent, but noisy at night. Staff was very friendly.

Although our room was very large, it lacked some comfortable seating. The hotel had no bar or snacks available at any time, it would have been nice to enjoy a drink watching the sunset on the roof terrace.

A great seafront location, We had a lovely sea facing room on the first floor. The room was lovely and clean and well equipped. Breakfast was great Italian style breakfast and the staff very friendly. There was a lovely sun terrace on the roof which always had beds available to relax for a few hours and it had an excellent view of the sunset.

Be aware….. LOUD thumping music beats / partying late night on the piazza was irritating. I expected it on weekend evenings… did not expect it to occur weeknights. Advice: take room facing inside of pool property… will likely be quieter. Mini fridge did not function properly… several food items went bad during our stay. Also, balcony was puny. Hotel property photos show much larger balconies… so, that was highly disappointing. As well, stucco on exterior ‘balcony’ door area was crumbling. Likely due to sea water/air.

Room space and location was great…. Other than comments below. Staff was always very accommodating.

The air conditioning unit did not cool the room enough even after having been turned down, it was hot at night. The units appeared old and not efficient to cool the whole room. The double bed was very very hard, my legs hurt all night. We were offered a diff room with diff bed but it was a downgraded room, smaller, so we didn’t take. With poor air con and an extremely firm matress I’ve hardly slept for three nights.

The only downside was the loud music coming up from the quayside at night.

Perfect central location, very close to the ferry. The rooftop pool area was a great place to relax (we went in low season). Staff were very helpful and friendly.

Mould in the bathroom, wifi in the room did not work. I went to reception on the first night we stayed and they said there was nothing they could do at that moment and to go back to my room. Brought the issue up again on check out and they said we were lying and that I did not come to reception. Customer service was lacking in check out as staff were constantly speaking over my wife and I, being disrespectful and rude. Not understanding of the situation.

Location was great. Right on the port.
