Location was in the heart of Ravello. We were always glad to be able to walk a few steps from the centre/restaurants back to the apartment. Views were spectacular and pool was amazing. We travelled in October and although the weather was mild and pleasant the pool was very very cold-didn’t stop us though! Everything from communication, location and cleanliness was amazing

The bathroom and the kitchen could use renovations. The decor could be reworked. The cleaning ladies were impatient even though we requested a late check out.

The location is excellent and easy to get to and close to the main square. Breathtaking views from the pool, lots of greenery throughout the property and pet-friendly. The architecture and space of the apartment were functional and comfortable. The host was accommodating and pleasant.

Black mold in the bathroom needs to be handled, some wear and tear around the room which is normal.

Location, pool, view, host! There is so much for the money you pay. Go, you will not regret it.

Our unit was with old not comfortable bed. Not good airflow.The shower was very small.

The location is excellent, close to the piazza Duomo. It’s right next to Villa Rufolo and hotel Rufolo. The property has very good swimming pool and the view is amazing.

Wifi was very poor. The apt had a funny smell and the kitchen equipment was really basic if cooking a meal

We absolutely enjoyed spending time/ eating in our garden or chill by the infinity pool. Location is perfect, right in the center but very peaceful. Lovely greenery and dramatic views. Eufemia was really nice and easy to communicate with.

Yes, there are some problems in paradise:) Keep in mind, if you have a luggage, that the last 200 meters from the shuttle or taxi stop (downtown of Ravello is closed for any transport) you will have to carry it on the cobblestones and then up many stairs down. To our question to the host - why where not warned about that small inconvenience, we were told that it was all in description of the Villa (but honestly, we did not find it). In fact its not a big deal, if you take into account all beauty and comfort of this place. Simply, the host should not be afraid to say that they highly recommend a porter service (we found out it to late)) - we would glad to order that because generally we enjoy a lot our stay at the Villa. Next points that i would improved are the quality of Wi-Fi (the connection was poor in the room) and add some sun umbrellas stuff by the pool.

Such a wonderful location! The room is quite simple (studio with sea view) but we liked so much the placement (in the downtown of Ravello) and at the same time it is very quiet and peaceful. The Villa is next to the historical Villa Rufolo and the Rufolo hotel with a good terrace for quiet lunches out of tourists. Breathtaking view from any corner of villa, wonderful pool. We will definitely come back)

The pool was out of use due to a plumbing issue when we arrived. However Eufemia arranged for us to use the neighbouring hotel's (Hotel Rufalo) pool which was lovely. It is not a dislike, but we would add that some of the rooms are difficult to access and there are a lot of steps at the property to be aware of.

We loved the location, right in the centre of Ravello and a short walk to the main square. The views from this place are absolutely incredible. The room was comfortable and had everything necessary, including good fans for the heat, an outside terrace, large fridge and kitchen facilities, as well as a separate bedroom and living area. The host was excellent at keeping in contact via WhatsApp and responding to any needs.

The only thing that wasn't so great was the shower temperature - it was either very hot or very cold.

Villa Casale is the most beautiful place that I have ever stayed. The grounds themselves are picturesque, and the views are incredible. The pool was lovely, plenty of beds and it was never too busy. The apartment itself was perfect for our stay, it had everything we needed. The kitchen was well-equipped and they even provided us with a little basket with toasts, jams etc.. Also, our garden view apartment did not have AC (they did provide a fan) but somehow it was always perfectly cool at night despite the heat and humidity outside! Eufemia was very helpful and friendly before and throughout our stay. The location was amazing, just a few minutes from the main square, restaurants, shops etc., and basically next door to Villa Rufolo. The festival was on at Villa Rufolo during our stay so we were basically treated to free concerts which we could hear well from our garden (they did not go on until late at night and were not loud with the windows shut).

Travelling to Ravello via buses (after train) - hours long waits- challenging. Not the fault of the property but some tips on getting there would be good.

Pool is fantastic, view aaaaaamszing & Femi was v helpful. Couple of good (one excellent) places to eat v close.

Wi fi did not work in our room- read the reviews as this is a common complaint

You are staying there for the view, the pool and the close location to the centre of town- easy to walk to restaurants and some basic shopping A 20-30" Bus( limited schedule but 2 euro) we were only able to use it once or taxi to Amalfi (50-60 euro) where u can catch a ferry to Capri, Positano and Salerno This can get expensive but not the hotels Fault- just wanted to mention The town is busy enough but not super busy like Amalfi which I liked Eufemia was friendly and easy to communicate with- She met us in the town centre and brought us to our room which was wonderful because the villa Would be hard to find otherwise I would definitely stay there again!! Air conditioning was great Room had a fridge/toaster/hot plate as well As Utensiles/plates etc We did not use them but if we were staying for longer May have- although I am not sure where u would buy food Bed was comfy There was an outdoor area to our room where u can sit/eat with a lively view

Mobile and wi-fi internet connection working only outside the apartament, nevertheless the host shared that wi-fi routers will be installed quite soon, expected to amplify the signal.
