You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

United KingdomThe communication was difficult as Patricia doesn’t speak English but very nice and helpful. Better information for the exact location with a video or pictures. It seems the house is in a new built area and sometimes they turn the water and electricity off. The hot water didn’t feel very hot, more like warm.
A lot of space, nice sitting outside area. It is not in Noto, so you do need a car. 10 minutes drive to Noto central car park, and 20-30 to the villages by the sea. In a busy season there will be more traffic.

United StatesHouse is not set up for winter. Apparently, the house is supposed to only be rented starting in May, some glitch allowed a reservation in December.
Beautifull clean home. Perfect with a car with parking on premises. Well decorated and nice host.

The accommodation was about 10 minutes outside Noto by car and being just off the motorway, central to other attractions such as the beaches, Ortigia etc. The living space was huge and comfortable with high quality furnishings and had everything you needed to cook simple meals. The bed was superb and it was very quiet at night. Sadly the weather was poor so we didn't use the outside space much, but the views from the patio of Noto and the coast were lovely. Hosts were very friendly and although they lived upstairs were unobtrusive.

GermanyWas the least friendly "welcome" we had so far anywhere in the world, the only nice person seems to be the father. Kitchen equipment was filthy, the drawers in the kitchen smelt disgustingly. We couldn't cook our meal the first evening because there was not enough gas and the hot water was lukewarm. The house is fenced in by two big roads, which we found disturbingly noisy. It ruined sitting on the terrace completely. The only nice thing there: the bee eaters.
