The windows in our room were north-facing, so it was a bit too dark during the day.

Convenient location, calm neighbourhood, professional and friendly staff, cleanliness of the room and whole hotel. Buffet breakfast was a good value for money. The staff kindly fulfilled the request for special occasion.

Lighting was a bit too dull . The heating/ cooling is central and not adjustable for each room. So it was quite warm for us and we had to keep windows open.

We had some minor problems with the air conditioner as it was controlled centrally by the reception desk. This is not quite realistic as we are the ones staying in the room but yet cannot control it to our own confort. When we called to reset / switch on the fan and air cond, we were informed that it has been done (a few times) but somehow it was not activated immediately in the room. Fortunately, the weather was cool, and we opened the windows. Would have been better with at least the blower fan on. Maybe the hotel can clarify it's policy on this air conditioning issue and whether there is a black out time for the fan to be switched on? This will avoid confusion...

Quite neighbourhood, yet near Mestre train station. Hotel / Room was relatively new, large and clean. Best part is that Bus No. 2 to Piazzale Roma, Venice is just round the corner. Very easy to get to Venice in 10 minutes by this bus and return to the hotel. You can also buy the Venice 24 hrs bus/boat travel pass from the hotel. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

The hotel was very tidy, clean and well kept. The staff were very friendly and helpfull. The room was much better than i expected from looking at the picutres. I would absolutely recomend this hotel. It is a 5 minute walk from the train station but not on a main street, so it is very quiet. This hotel was an absolute find.

The breakfast fast is missing other bread than croissants and toast.

I very much liked the fact that it is close to the train station, from which not only Venezia but also Padova, Bologna, Verona, Chioggia can easily be reached.

The staff is very hospitable, the room is clean and breakfast is solid.The hotel is very close to the bus station.. in just 20 minutes you are in the center of Venice.You can buy bus tickets at the reception. We found several excellent restaurant near the hotel.

The room was very clean, with a large bed, we had no problems during our stay. The hotel is close to the train station at Venice Mestre, making the touristic areas of Venice easily accessible. The neighbourhood is quiet, and there is a small shop and cafe close by.

Clean room, comfortable bed, stable internet, friendly staff who speaks very good English, you can buy train/bus tickets at the front desk, a lot of restaurants and supermarket closeby, they have bottles of mineral water for free in the room, walkable to the main train station and bus stop.

Everything. The staff is incredible&friendly, the room is spacious and it’s very very clean. They are cleaning and give you fresh towels everyday. If i come back, I’ll stay here!

We only got one large towel even though we booked accommodation for two people.

The hotel is near the train station. The rooms are clean.There is a hot water kettle and coffee bags, but I stayed for two nights. The first day I drank coffee. The second day was not filled.
