Parco Termale di Villa dei Cedri is just splendid. I loved staying here. It was a very relaxing weekend and the pool inside the room is just fantastic!

I would have liked a light meal option during the day , Spa people was super dry and not very helpful, we booked two treatments each day and did not get what we booked for. so little disappointment.

For the price you pay, you must let the people use the jacuzzi when they want. As the ckech in is at 3pm and check out at 11am. So the time you go to the park, go for dinner...you don't have pretty much time left on your day. And it is expensive!

the shower is in the Jacuzzi and it has no door. Kind of strange.

The stuff is very nice, they make an extra effort, they assisted more then once - in our late arrival as well as in sending a card we forgot via international mail. The room was bigger than we expected, and was clean, with free gifts, and superbly located. You should ask to be in guest zone #3, above the private pools.

A little pricey, bathrobes were not provided, breakfast was provided in the room and was very basic.

Room was second floor so had difficulty with heavy bags as no lift. Beds were not the comfiest.

Room was good size and the Jacuzzi with thermal water was the highlight of the room. It was very close to the thermal lakes so amazing place to be. Plenty of food options near by. Overall good place to stay.

Shower was inside of the jacuzzi, no door between jacuzzi and toilet, were asked several times for the toilet paper, jacuzzi & shower were inside of the floor, not practical and safety to use

- no proper shower, it was inside a steepy jacuzzi and sprayed all over the room. Felt very unsafe and disturbing to use it. Cannot imagine bringing older family members to such a bathroom, though they would enjoy the termal water. - cleanliness was not top. There were hairs in the jacuzzi and dust on surfaces. - would be nice to have towels/robes and.sun beds for the guests. - spa area can be accessed only once per stay and an appointment is needed. - kitchen could be equipped better. Salt, pepper would be nice to have

When you book, be aware that there is a 4* hotel and residences on the premises, which are not the same thing. For us it was not clear at the booking process. We stayed in a residence. Our unit was spacious with a kitchenette/living room and a bedroom with a bathroom on the next floor. Cleaning and drinks were provided every day. The staff was very friendly and welcoming! But the most amazing thing are the termal ponds and the park. It felt lovely in hot weather and we would be happy to explore it in winter. Within walking distance there are a few restaurants and a bar.

Amazing quite place for relaxe! Beautiful park, wonderfull lakes with termal water in the green forest with singing birds. Very kind staff! Clean and comfortable rooms with fantastic jaccuzi. Cute and so nice and tasty restaurant Moscardo. It was really enjoyable stay!

The staff was very nice, with the exception of the lady at the front desk at the spa. She was rude and could be much more helpul.
