Wonderful Hotel with a fantastic room with good breakfast in the morning. Additionally was amazing to use the spa and massage facilities too.

The WiFi was very slow and hardly worked in the room. Parking is off the street with a limited free places and adjacent areas are paying only. Sky is provided in the rooms but always reverts to Italian at every channel change. Breakfast is quite abundant but a supplement is to be paid for hot food such as bacon or cooked eggs.

Staff were fantastic, friendly and helpful. The hotel is kept very clean, thermostat in the room worked correctly keeping the room temperature as desired. Double television in the bathroom is a nice touch, but would be better on a swivel. Location is great, right around the corner from the train station and comfortable to walk into the centre of Foligno.

WiFi is not accessible from every room. Iron and iron board is not available in every room.

We paid for a spa treatment on one day where we were left alone in a room with a whirlpool bath and a sauna. We had expected a massage and refreshments but it was all minimalistic; not good value for money.

Its location was great, in a quiet residential street but within walking distance of the centre. Finding it and parking were easy. It was a fine, renovated building. The hotel staff were helpful and efficient. Breakfast was good, again with excellent staff looking after us. Room was comfortable and spacious with efficient a/c and there was a pleasant outside area. Foligno itself was an unexpected treat, such a nice place to walk around with excellent eating and drinking opportunities.

The room was tiny , uncomfortably small . Lights were very weak . Bedside light was so dim that it was impossible to read by it..sun terrace was very dirty .

the shower glass was broken, the room was in the cellar and had no view and very poor natural light. even when in booking they say there is a 24/7 bar, it’s not like this. they don’t have a bar or a restaurant open, only room service and they charge 5 euros for it. the solarium is charged extra. the person offering the breakfast was making a lot of noise all the time, moving dishes around and polishing tables even if I was the only guest there in the breakfast room. no wellness feeling at all with all the noise.

The first two days there were some problems with the breakfast but after we spoke with Mr. Anil, at the reception, everything went very well.

Superb location. The room was very nice and cleaned every day. I strongly recommend to have the "health path" in the room with sauna, Jacuzzi where you can relax and stay on your own for 90 minutes, with fresh fruit and relaxing music. Mr. Anil at the reception was very kind, suggesting us where to eat and what to visit. Thanks a lot! Matteo and Micaela

My first room bathroom ceiling was covered with black mold and it was obviously caused by an ongoing leak that hasn’t been repaired. This is hazardous to anyone but especially someone with asthma. After a long day of travel I wanted a shower but was unable to take one because I didn’t want the steam to affect or release mold spores that I would breathe in. They moved me the following day when a room became available. The second room was nice but there was no WiFi I. the room and I had a presentation to give via ZOOM. I was able access WiFi throughout the hotel and the hall but as soon as my room door closed so did my internet access. I had to buy additional data in order to use my devices (a necessity while traveling abroad) and I had to reschedule my planned zoom presentation for a week later.

On the first day, an unregistered drone filmed us while on our private outdoor jacuzzi. Despite making it clear by gestures and shouting that we didn't want to be filmed the drone kept coming back and getting closer each time, circling less than 5 meters above us. It was a traumatizing experience and a total invasion of privacy. Horrific! It ruined our stay and holidays. Illegal by all EU regulations. The front of the house staff kept lying throughout our stay about the reasons and ownership of the drone, first saying they were doing filming for the hotel (?!) while nobody ever told us in advance, then saying that the drone belonged to a neighbor, then saying they didn't know who the drone belonged to and that they had nothing to do it, then saying we could keep the drone (?!). Several times we asked them to investigate and to contact the police. Nothing was ever done. At checkout, nobody apologized or mentioned the matter, absolutely appalling customer service and unacceptable behavior by any standards. Do never go to that hotel!
