The location was incredible—perfectly placed in Positano with stunning sea views and easy access to everything. The property itself was spotless, with daily cleaning, fresh sheets, and plenty of towels, including beach towels. The attention to detail was outstanding: two TVs in the room, and a snack bar refilled every day with snacks, water, soft drinks, and even some alcohol. Breakfast each morning was fresh and delicious. What truly made this stay unforgettable, however, was the staff. Claudio was exceptional—always available until late in the evening, quick to respond, and genuinely funny and engaging. Tiziana went above and beyond by personally driving us to Sorrento when our ferry was cancelled. Antonio and Anna welcomed us every morning with warmth and authentic smiles, setting the tone for each day. Their hospitality was second to none

The location was beautiful. We were looking for a stay that was high enough for a view but low enough to not be too many steps to the beaches. This was the right mix. The view was spectacular. And the service was excellent. Antonio & Claudio were great hosts who were very attentive to our needs, helpful, and so nice. The breakfasts hosted by Antonio every morning, overlooking the ocean and the beach, were very memorable. And we all loved the pool/jacuzzi combo, using it every day. Good place to chill and unwind at the end of the day.

The property listed three beds for our suite. Not sure if that was an issue with booking.com or with the property, but there were only two beds (a queen and 1 sofa bed).

More windows, we thought we would have a little more view from the description. The bathroom had ants and mold in the shower, as soon as we let the staff know they took care of it. They were incredibly responsive!

This property was at an excellent location, felt very private and rooms were comfortable and clean! Would highly recommend.

The experience was really good. staff was so helpful. it makes a big difference to stay in a villa with a kitchenette. Positano is quite pricy. One disappointment though is that when I searched in booking.com for the same nights, the day of my arrival, just out of curiosity, the price was 500euros cheaper which is a big disappointment.

Tiziana was an amazing host. She really made our stay memorable.

When I booked I thought I was booking a hotel with a Lobby.

All was beautiful

Claudio and Antonio were so welcoming. Breakfast was great- fresh fruits and pastries. The carrot orange juice was delicious! Location and availability of parking was very convenient. I appreciate the fact that everything was set up the moment we arrived- we didn't have to request an extra set of towels and toilettries because the room already had a set of everything for three guests. I like that type of attention to detail. I would stay here again for sure.

The property was beautiful overlooking the ocean. We enjoyed the breakfast provided by the sea view.

The property was in the perfect location with panoramic sea views, and catered to all of our needs. The staff were friendly and helpful and the room was spacious and well set out.

The only negative I have is that the kettle plug didn’t work and the internet wouldn’t work.

Amazing views, great location. Close to everything but not busy or loud. Room was very spacious and clean, beautifully tiled. The mini bar was great and the breakfasts were amazing!

Amazing staff. Great location close to several good restaurants. Loved the private pool and hot tub. Both were heated to perfection. They arranged for a private driver for us as needed. Can’t say enough good things about this new place.

Absolutely stunning property with great views and close to town. Only a small number of units so it felt very welcoming and private. The service was outstanding and the morning breakfasts were phenomenal. I couldn’t recommend this place more. It was worth every penny.

Not the Villas fault but we did have one night where the neighboring room partied all night keeping us awake and with no staff on site nothing could be done... but guess this can happen anywhere... luckily, they only stayed one night. Thought the price was a little high. Had 2 Spa pools which were both Hot would think one hot and the bigger one cold would have been a better option given the daytime temperatures were so hot.
