Beautiful old property and the owner was a great host. Perfect personality to be the host. Bathroom size was fantastic. They put a complimentary bottle of water in the room and made up the room everyday. Made the stay that much more enjoyable.

We did a lot of physical work and looked forward to getting back for a hot shower. The water was hot, but we missed having more pressure in the shower head.

A Beautiful Villa overlooking the Sibillini Apennine mountains. The host Oreste speaks very good English and went above and beyond to ensure during our 5 day stay that we had happy stomachs - his wife cooked evening meals for us using traditional Italian cooking and local ingredients…and we got to sample some of the delicious local wines.

We had a wonderful time in Amandola and visiting the surrounding area, as well as hiking, and much of that was thanks to our choice to stay at Villa delle Rose. They accommodated our dog, the breakfast was outstanding, but most of all our host, Oreste, was wonderful. He was so welcoming and gave us many maps and tips to help us enjoy our stay. We definitely plan to stay again when we return to Amandola.

An elegant villa with comfortable room and panoramic views overlooking the Sibilline mountains and the quaint town of Amandola. Oreste is a perfect, informative host and his wife Manuela is an excellent chef offering first class evening meals. As a result, we didn’t need to take the car out in the evenings. Amandola is a lovely little town which can be accessed by walking down approximately 140 steps from the property.

A very friendly and helpful owner. He helped us with our luggage, gave us excellent tips where to go hiking in surroundings, and in general took perfect care of us. The room is in a beautiful historic villa on the very top of an ancient town. The place very quiet with an amazing view to the Sibillini mountains. Great and abundant breakfast and dinner.

This is our second stay at Villa delle Rose – Hotel Paradiso. Our first stay was wonderful, and the second stay was even better. We are already planning another visit. The hotel is very small and is operated by Oreste and his wife. They make you feel like you're at home. Oreste is a wealth of knowledge regarding what to do and see in the surrounding area. I cannot recommend this hotel high enough. I can guarantee you that you'll enjoy your stay.

We stayed here for 3 nights in May .Our room was very specious, comfortable and clean. The location , above the main town , is very peaceful with great views and a short walk to town center. Oreste and Manuela were perfect hosts and provided wonderful home cooked Italian meals .

A completely wonderful place to stay in this stunning little town, Amandola. Our room in this elegant villa looked down on the town and out towards the mountains. The staff were exceptionally friendly and the breakfast was superb.

The accommodations were as expected, cozy and decently clean for an older complex with no glaring issues at the affordable price point. I would say I expected more from the dinner (the carbonara was overcooked, the potatoes were underdone with the veal.) Yet at the price point, I still can’t complain. I will advise that Apple Maps leads you to *the wrong corner* — the villa is at the TOP of the street by the garden, overlooking the whole city. It is extremely difficult to navigate with a standard sized sedan. I recommend calling the hotel in advance to make sure you arrive to the right place with little hassle. They will help you!

The owner of the hotel made himself so accessible to us throughout our stay. When we had trouble navigating the area by car, given the tight streets and incorrect pinpoint from Apple Maps, he came outside to find and help us. He was very polite, professional, and personable. He offered to bring us coffee upon our late arrival before dinner. He even accompanied us back to our car when we were leaving, to make sure we could get out of the tight streets safely. I’ve never had better hospitality treatment by hotel staff than I did here (and I’ve been to many across the world!)

Beautiful red stone villa. Most comfortable bed I had in 2 months of travel. Very modern internally but kept the 1920s charm. Has USB outlets! Decent breakfast and dinner was tasty and a great deal. I’m planning on returning. Note: when making the final approach signs point both left and right. GO RIGHT.

Fantastic location, the view from the roof terrace was amazing. Our host was friendly, helpful & informative. Very enjoyable breakfast & dinner with local wines enhanced our stay. Villa delle Rose is beautiful, Amandola is steeped in history. We shall return to explore the surrounding area further next spring.
