NetherlandsAfter 7pm you have an emergency number, however this person only speaks Italian and was extremely rude. We were without electricity for 3 hours in the evening, so we could not cook, charge phones (to use torch or translation app) use the toilet (unless we wanted to break our necks) - when we voiced this to reception next morning they said there was nothing they can do. Not acceptable when you have a two-year old with you. Was really not happy how this was handled and tarnished our stay.
The villa is amazing, gorgeous grounds and pool.

United KingdomBreakfast quality was low, only available for 2 hours, was there halfway through and already a lot of the items where gone. prosciutto and jams was extremely low quality, shame since local products have so much to offer. Used the laundry service which ended up shrinking half my clothes even though I specifically asked for a cold wash.
Wonderful place, middle of the olive trees with access to a great pool and facilities.

LatviaBeware, owners seem to be very particular. Buy your own towlet paper, toiletries, and all cleaning supplies. A swimming cap is required in the pool... Our experience was somewhat spoiled when we were requested to pay an extra 50 eur for not washing up dishes after breakfast, even though there was no dishwasher liquid or sponge at the apartment. The attitude of the staff was not good dealing with this. During the stay, all was ok, and the reception lady was polite.

SpainGiven the privileged location far from services and city centers, I would have appreciated some basic amenities such as a bottle of water in the room. Also, we couldn’t find outdoor dedicated areas to have our own lunch and given there’s no restaurant in place for lunch time, it would have been nice to be able to have our own picnic outside instead of in the room.
The location and surroundings are simply stunning. The swimming pool is really great and peaceful and we could enjoy it in total relax for a whole day. The Villa is a short distance (20 mins drive) from Monteriggioni, San Gimignano and Colle Val d’Elsa, ideal for a day visit. The nearby restaurant Locanda de Borgo, has an amazing menu with delicious local products and fair prices.

The place is beautiful and very quiet. We had a free upgrade to The Suite. The restaurant is about 600m from the hotel and is a pleasant walk untill there surrounded by olives trees and cypresses. Food very good.

DenmarkThe surroundings are absolutely picture perfect. Especially the view from the pool area of the olive trees. Breakfast was also really good and again the view - spectacular. The only minus is that we had been looking forward to cooking our own meals in the kitchen, but the knives were so bad. We could barely cut a tomato. With such a beautiful place, it's a shame they don't just offer a sharp knife, and soap and a brush to wash with. You can't bring a knife in your bag from home, and its not very eco friendly to buy a whole bottle of soap or oil to cook with, and then be forced to throw it out when you leave for the airpot. I would still recommend highly to stay here, but be aware of these things if you want to cook with the delicious local ingredients.

IsraelIt turns out that for everything you want you have to add money. There is a nice new kitchen, but equipment costs 5 euros per day. The breakfast is poor and for another type of egg (omlette or scrambled egg for example), you have to add money. Some of the staff were also unpleasant and unkind (some actually were).

United KingdomService such as eating options are very limited with restaurant only open late in the evening (Italian opening time from 7.30pm). Food did not stand out. A more frequent cleaning in the apartments would be welcome as well as some additions to the kitchen e.g. microwave/coffee machine/ kettle - to make the apartments even more perfect.
Overall a really nice stay. We really appreciateed the beauty of the grounds and the facilities. There is really good care taken to maintaining the high quality of the facilities Amazing pool with views and nice grounds, table tennis, kids playground etc Great location for major sights and day trips in Tuscany.

South AfricaSupper in the restaurant was really expensive and very small meals. We waited a long time for service. We were told no balls at the pool, a group of kids(assume the owner kids) were in the pool playing with balls. The villa we stayed in lacked a few things, like matches to light the stove, as the spark wasn't working. There was no dishwashing liquid or drying cloths for dishes.
Breakfast location was lovely. Breakfast good. Pool was great. Villa was comfortable. Place had a lovely feel, with a beautiful little chapel.

United States of AmericaPool was nice and relaxing but cold. Had to pay for pool towels and swim caps. Lack of outlets. Reception could have been a little more welcoming and friendly.
Quiet setting with a beautiful view. Relaxing areas to sit and read right in our own little patio. Two bedroom apartment was well equipped and beds were comfortable. Breakfast was a nice touch and the woman working it was very friendly.

Amazing location with beautiful view, very nice buildings, garden & pool. It gives you the hotel feeling as there's a reception & daily housekeeping. The breakfast is very nice with lots of options. Great & friendly staff. When sunny we spent a lot of time at the pool which has a beautiful view and is very clean. The location is remote but the big plus is that there is a restaurant on walking distance if you don't feel like driving. And the restaurant serves really good food & wine.
