Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.

The mini fridge didn't work. But you could buy drinks at the reception.

All fine - an engine of the conditioning system was a bit noisy.

Thin walls between rooms
Very close to Ciampino airport so ideal for an early morning flight - just a 7 minutes drive. Easy access to central Rome via bus or train. Hotel tucked away on a quiet road but unfortunately the room above us had very noisy people talking and moving furniture around so we found it difficult to sleep but this wasn’t the fault of the hotel! Small underground car park which is invaluable if you have a car and the hotel does not charge for it. Bedding, sheets and towels good quality and plenty of soap and shower gel sachets. I would definitely stay again despite it being quite expensive but its proximity to the perimeter of Ciampino airport is the over riding factor for a return stay.

It’s location is perfect for an over night stay if you have a early flight out of Ciampino Airport. They arrange a taxi from the hotel to the airport from 4am coding 25 Euro for two people and cards are excepted.

one of the small beds was noisy and sinking. The bathroom was functional and clean but the shower should be refurbished.
This was my second time at Hotel Villa Giulia. The Hotel is a short distance from the airport, despite being in the middle of Ciampino and next to the airport the hotel is absolutely quiet. The staff is very courteous and helpful, the rooms and bathrooms are comfortable and clean. Bonus: the breakfast is very good with multiple options for every taste.

Location easy 10 minute walk to station which has regular trains to Roma termini taking 20mins. Can catch a short bus from ciampino airport straight to station. Staff very helpful too. Rooms clean ideal for short breaks

The room was not very clean and the internet connection was weak. However, these were only minor issues.
The hotel was perfect for one night stay before an early flight. The staff was very nice and friendly. Although the airport was close, it was very quiet in the night.

The room was nice and clean with a comfortable bed, but the bathroom was below expectations and needs some attention from staff. The toilet wasn't properly clean following the stay of a previous tourist, the shower head was broken and the shower drain was blocked so the shower tray quickly filled with water.

I didn’t like shower gel/shampoo in sachets as hard to open but I had my own. Very small thing though.
Good free parking was available. It was very clean and felt secure. It is located within walking distance of Ciampino rail station which is a 15 minute journey time to Rome Termini. Check in is 2pm which is earlier than some places and there is 24 hour reception. Would definitely return.
