Ridicously overpriced. We were there in the second half of Septembers, low season already. I understand that this is Amalfi Coast but the room itself was quite dirty and tiny for such price. The place offers a lot but the room itself was dissapointing

It is a bit outside of Sorrento, so prepare to use a bus or taxi into town

The Villa has lots of amenities, the pool was lovely, access to the beach is great and staff were very nice.

They closed the pool at 7pm, before sunset!!! Booked there to relax and watch the sunset by the pool as it’s the best viewpoint and they kicked us out before the sun sets at 8pm. Realllllly sucked and the only reason I wouldn’t rebook there. So stupid to close your best viewpoint spot that early.

This would be a 5star property if it had a shuttle bus service to beach & Sorrento town centre. The expansion of on sight facilities would also be a benefit.

The property and its gardens are fantastic with great views over the bay of Naples. 10 min drive into Sorrento town centre. Staff all very friendly and helpful when asked upon.

the wifi was not strong and you really need transportation or to research the bus schedule. there is a bus but it finishes early and the stop is on a very busy road. walking from the hotel is not really safe.

it is a beautiful and quiet setting on the cliff with lots of flowers and peaceful bird sounds.

My review would have been a 10 except for the lack of having Wi-Fi access in your rooms. I was able to get some spotty 5g here and there, but you pretty much have to go to the common area or restaurant in order to get Wi-Fi. A major inconvenience for trying to get information for tours and the area. All of our other accommodations on our trip had excellent internet access. Also, there is a super cute beach club down below, to the right of the hotel that has several restaurants that are very good. The hotel should have some sort of information on the fact that they exist.

This place has incredible views. The location is good for exploring the surrounding towns of the Sorrento area and Amalfi Coast. The restaurant is actually good, small menu, but we were also there right before the tourist season. Staff was really friendly and helpful.

It's kind of in the middle of nowhere, ideally you should have a car to get around otherwise the buses run quite often. The beach is nearby, but you have to walk down the hill to get there which is not recommended if you have difficulty with walking. A little shop would be very useful on site.

Beautifully located place, the views are stunning! Friendly staff, lovely pool, quite spacious bungalows - basic, but good. Bus stops nearby, beach in walking distance with great restaurants. The site is well kept and very clean with beautiful flowers! The local cat colony is a fun addition too.

Incredible views of the bay of Naples and Vesuvius from anywhere on the property, conveniently just outside Sorento, very peaceful. Staff was exceptionally helpful and thoughtful. Breakfast had very good options.

no toiletries in the toilet ( no shampoo, shower gel). no iron available (seeing that there are a lot of weddings in the area if you book a room here you can’t even iron your shirt/dress if you need to go to a wedding).

There was a problem during my original booking when a scammer attempted to fraudulently capture my credit card details. Fabiola's intervention and communications were great and we managed to prevent the fraud without loss. On arrival, we had been upgraded to a nice room with a sea view and the staff were very helpful and supportive. We used both the pool and the beach at the bottom of the cliff and the breakfasts were excellent. The bus into Sorrento is frequent and quick and this saves all the hassle of driving into the town and finding parking. We also took a day trip to Capri from nearby Sorrento which is to be recommended.

Lack of lighting on the trail down to the Marina. The Restaurants down below stay open late and it is getting dark sooner in the fall. Even solar lights just light the way while the Restaurants are still open.

The views from the Terrace were stunning. Great peaceful and tranquil location.

First off not the properties fault! Someone from Naples bought property down the hill and was cutting olive trees then burning them, creating a lot of smoke & I have breathing problems so it was bad. However when having a discussion with the pool bartender and I told him about this the next day it stopped I thought cause it had rained he said he told the owner and she called them and asked them to stop burning for me. Amazing customer service.

The view was amazing! My wife liked the breakfast ( cream puffs she said was the best ) The staff from the office & the bartender guy at the pool gave us so much info and helped with any and everything we needed, from what to do best options on doing them and calling to order scooters and taxis anytime we needed.

The hotel doesn’t have a restaurant for dinner and without a car it is a little difficult to find a food place nearby. We followed a bush track, for 10-15 minutes, down to the water to eat at some of the restaurants there.

The room we booked was overlooked and has soo much potential to be a really nice place to stay for a couple of nights. The room was outdated and really really modernising to be a real hidden gem.

The pool area was fantastic, the pool bar was great, the pools were really clean and had an amazing view - the staff was really helpful.
