It is truly a family run Villa, the entire family are involved in hosting you. The views over La Spezia are amazing. We needed secure parking for our car and this was the perfect spot. We just loved our stay as we felt part of the family,

Patrizia,the owner of the place,helped us with wonderful advices about our trip to Cinque Terre and other trips around La Spezia,and also recommended good restaurants in the area. Although the location is on a hillabove La Spezia,we loved the view very much,it is truly spectacular. The breakfast was very varied and Patrizia went above and beyond to provide me with special products as many products are prohibited for me. Thank you Patrizia!!

Wi-Fi was terrible, but there is an option. Take a bottle of wine and good company, with this incredible view is all you need!

So good I was getting spoiled 😃😃

I had a room with balcony towards the harbour and city. Beautifully decorated room with attached big bathroom. Huge breakfast served in the room and staff that went a long way to accommodate me. It has a marvellous view over the city in beautiful surroundings. Own parking lot. You can walk there, 3.3km from the station. I will definitely return.

We liked everything.

The place was just as beautiful as the advertised photos, Patrizia greeted us in a friendly manner. The place was clean, everything worked well, even had screens on the windows which was a plus. Breakfast was delicious. Location was great for taking a boat tour to the Cinque Terre, would definitely stay again.

Everything was excelent.Best pleace for its money we stayed at and with pleasure I would recommend. The owner of the property was friendly and very helpful. The hostice gave us good sugestions on visiting the most beautiful places close to their property. Patricia, Simone, Mia they became like friends for us. The view from the property was incredible. We had a really enjoyable stay. Wonderful to have our breakfast contemplating the spectacular view and the exciting day ahead at 5 Terre, La Spezia, Porto Venere or the many other locations nearby. Need to have a car because is too far out and public transport not good to that location. Patrizia was a fantastic host and was helped us to do a load of washing that was badly needed.

Beautiful gated property in the Heart of Tuscany!! The hosts were amazing and very accommodating in helping us navigate and plan each day. Room was spacious with adorable terrace. The breakfast that Anna prepares is the BEST I have ever had in Europe.

Initially the room was a bit cold and it took a while until it reached a comfortable temperature (we traveled early December).

Nice view over La Spezia. We stayed in two rooms next two each other above the owners apartment. Lovely breakfast was served in the room. Easy access to the Cinque Terre towns.
