The staff was very pleasant, extremely friendly, and helpful. The breakfast selection was good and tasty, with something warm or cold for everyone. The rooms were spacious, and the bathroom was large. It had all the necessary amenities. The beds were comfortable, and the pillows were soft. Extra blankets were also provided, which we used because the room was a bit cool. The location was convenient, with plenty of dining options, a grocery store, bus stops all around, and a train station nearby. The train station also offers easy access to Treviso Airport via the ATVO bus. It takes about 10 minutes by bus to get to Venice.

From the moment we arrived we were greeted by the friendly staff. Our room was perfectly presented and we were given information about transport into Venice. The lodge is centrally located not far from the train and the local bus is closer. The breakfast in the morning was great with hot and cold food selection. Overall it was great and if I could have stayed longer I wouldn't hesitate.

Would have preferred two double beds for my friend and I. We paid for a triple so we could get two beds. The single bed was not as comfortable for my friend.

We picked Chiara Lodge for its location: close to train station and bus line. David and his brother took very good care of us, explaining how to navigate the transportation options. They served a very good breakfast; who wouldn’t want cake for breakfast?!

The hotel is conveniently located just a 5-minute walk away from the Mestre train station. If you're traveling to the city from Marco Polo or Treviso airport by bus, there is also a bus stop near the station. The room was cozy and quiet, featuring a comfortable bed that ensured a good night's sleep. The staff at the hotel were extremely friendly and helpful. One morning, we came for breakfast just as it was finishing, the staff immediately checked what was left of the food and asked the kitchen to prepare eggs for us, as they had already run out. It was a nice gesture that made us feel appreciated. By the way, the breakfast was good! We had a smooth check-in, and the hotel offered us the option to leave our luggage since we arrived too early, which was very convenient. The check-out process was also easy. As we were leaving early in the morning, the staff prepared a takeaway breakfast for us. Overall, highly recommend!

Everything, location is not far away from Mestre, breakfast has everything you might need, including hot options, room is spacious and has great sound proofing, neighborhood is mostly calm and has a couple of convenience stores very close and lots of restaurants nearby

Really very friendly staff, always helpful, but never imposing. Nicely designed room, always clean, comfortable temperature, comfortable mattress and pillows, big bed for adults and a really comfortable wide blanket. The breakfast also delicious and offering a variety of food. Mestre as a location is a specific one, but this place gives you a really safe and nice feeling of being in a villa. Quiet, birds singing in the morning. And really close to the train station, which I would consider the most comfortable way to get to Venice (10 min ride, lots of trains running). If you need to park your car, not sure which location could be better

The walls are a little thin and you can hear the people in the other rooms. The TV's are small and limited in functionality.

It is located close to the train station and close to bus stations so transport to and from the lodge is very easy. The staff was very friendly and the room was very clean. Breakfast was good.

In a Venetian hotel world where everything is extra expensive, this wonderful wonderful place stands out. Location is perfect, easy access to Piazzale Roma via bus. Breakfast was the best among 5 hotels I stayed. The room was spotlessly clean and spacious. What do you need more? No hesitation to stay there again if I go back.

A fabulous hotel! The brothers that run it have put their hearts into their busy and it shows. So much effort into the decor and to make everyone feel welcome. Well done guys! My granddaughter thought it the best place we’d stayed in whilst in Italy. Breakfast was fabulous. And it’s just a short walk from the station.
