Lots of mosquitos but a spray to kill them was provided with the apartment. Keep your doors closed in the evening to avoid them getting in!

Amazing apartment in a great location on Arco. Very clean. Free gated parking as well as bicycles are included. The bathroom and kitchen are well equipped as well and the host was always happy to answer any questions.

It's a lovely apartment, the sofa and bed are comfy, and the kitchen is spacious, with a big fridge. The most amazing thing though is the garden, which you are free to use at your leisure. There is also parking in the front on their drive which is very handy.

The whole villa was beautiful, a large garden with a lot of place to relax. Large apartment with everything that you need in a stay in Italy :) Mr Mario, the housekeeper, was honest and really nice. He told us everything about the place. We had a private parking place on his mansion area.

The Air conditioner didn’t work on the last day, a bit hot but manageable

Modern, well located, great garden and green area. Wifi worked super well and I was able to remote work (with video streaming for meetings) from the place without any issues

The beds could be a little bit more comfortable, but it didn’t ruined our stay.

We stayed with kids and it couldn’t be better - large rooms, comfortable kitchen, garden, a lot of toys (our little one just disappeared for all evening :)) ), bathroom was very spacious and comfortable. Property was cosy, it was very good value of money.

The bed in the bedroom was fairly uncomfortable, so we chose to sleep on the pull out mattress instead, which was fine enough for us.

As the house is passive you have to get used to a sound of recuperation.

The Villa Rimantika is situated near to the city centre. Market, café, stores, castle, everything is in a walking distance. The closest bus stop is around the corner. There is a private garden that was available for us to eat there or relax, with a lot of toys for kids to play with. There are two parking spots in the garden. The owner is very nice. It is a good spot for hiking, climbing (there are several areas around the city), cycling or trips.

Perfect location, easy walk to the city center, restaurants, shopping street. Very comfortable apartment for 2 people, also good for 3. Nice garden. We had 3 bicycles with us and there were plenty of space where to put them. During our 2 weeks stay in June/July we didn't turn on conditioner because our apartment was located in the shadow and sun didn't shine in the windows. Someone would say it was a bit dark inside but we prefered naturaly cooled room instead of bright sun. Very frendly and responsive host. There might be moskitos outside, take something against them if you want to enjoy nice garden during the evening. We definately will use the same location for next trips.

Modern and clean appartement, garden can be used. Very central and walking distance to a lot of restaurants and shops. Bicycles can be used to go even to Torbole/ Riva etc.

Just a few comments about some little things that were missing: 1. In the bathroom, a towel rack and a shelf in the shower for the soap and shampoo. 2. In the kitchen: towel and a scotch for washing the dishes. But we really liked the apartment and will be glad to come again!

The apartment is very nice and convenient. The bed is super comfortable, and the location is great, just 5 minutes walk to the city center. And also there is a free parking near. Mario tried to help us as much as he could. We had a great time in Villa Romantika!

We wanted 2 nights to relax during our roadtrip in car, but this place was much worse than staying in the car. Uncomfortable bed, no insect nets in windows, no AC in bedroom, under bed was so many strange, dirty stuff (storage for unused things)- didnt feel clean nor fresh; no towels, no dish towel, no sharp knife, old and expired stuff in kitchen. Appartment was open when we arrived, outside was very hot (36degrees), mosquitos everywhere. Didnt enjoy out stay, didnt feel rested neither comfortable. Next time better to stay in the car. Miss many basic things to feel comfortable, bad communication with host. They didnt really care. I really love Italy, used to live in Italy but this was trully dissapointing.
