Completely subjective, but the pillows were the worst. Maybe had I asked (but it was late into the night and not sure that the front desk was available) they might have had a different selection of pillows. If not, I would suggest that they have a nice selection to choose from.

The staff was the most friendly and accommodating. Always with smiles. The size of the room, the balcony, and amenities were superb. Beautiful villa and great atmosphere.

It is in the country so you must have a car to travel around, otherwise very quiet.

The food offered was very good. The hostess and her personnel went out of their way to offer terrific service, even suggesting nearby sites we should visit. I would spend an entire week relaxing at this villa were it not so expensive…

This hotel / suites was the perfect stay. The hosts made it the most enjoyable time. They cook fresh every day, going to the markets and cooking each evening. The room was stunning and really traditional. You will need a car to stay here. Sophia was the best and was at our every need. There is a amazing waterfall 1 hour away which is worth the visit.

The takeaway breakfast I'd asked for on the last day didn't appear and we had to ask several times for things like an iron. The plug sockets in the room didn't work with the coffee machine or iron for some reason so we needed an adaptor.

The room was beautiful and very spacious - we had the twin and both beds were big and it had a seperate sitting room which was cool and the little kitchenette area gave us more options for food too. The pool was wonderful and the whole house and garden were very attractive. The whole place had a very relaxing feel.

Very welcoming hosts with good recommendations for activities. The hotel area is very spacious, we had great hours at the pool. Dinner on our private terrace was a dream, very tasty dishes! We definitely come back!

We enjoyed every moment of our stay but would highly recommend a rental car to get to the villa, and to explore the area.

We had a fantastic stay at Villa Cassia di Baccano at the end of August. We knew from photos that it would be a good stay, but everything surpassed our expectations. The food was amazing, to the point where we were inviting our friends to join us for dinner! We struggled to choose a favourite pasta from the menu as all were very good. The room was clean and spacious, and the pool was quiet, with the option of drinks and snacks if we wanted them. There’s a great supermarket within walking distance if you need or want anything extra. Sofia made us feel so welcome from the moment we arrived, and we have highly recommended the villa to friends and family. Thank you so much!

The hotel was a total delight. The suite was on two levels with a spacious living room, a well equipped kitchen and two bedrooms which were very comfortable and spacious. The bathroom was very clean with a roll top bath and bidet. The dining room and lounge were a beautiful and well appointed place to have a quite wonderful breakfast although the tranquil garden was our preferred breakfast location. The choice of freshly baked pastries and cakes was different each morning with plenty of fresh fruit, yoghurts, a choice of eggs served with really good coffee. The pool was just perfect. It was kept immaculately clean with a choice of loungers to soak up the sunshine. The pool was a perfect refreshing temperature and the garden had a few tables and chairs to facilitate a game of cards or chess or similar to add to the relaxed feel. The room next to the pool had pool toys, books, a shower and toilet and a freezer with ice creams and a fridge with a choice of drinks, all on an honesty system for billing. In short the pool was an ideal place to relax and enjoy a perfect summer's day. As a real bonus, a cocktail or similar by the pool was offered each late afternoon as an ideal sundowner. Sophia and Giancarlo were wonderful hosts and went the extra mile to ensure their guests were happy. The mix of guests was delightful and the absence of other brits was a big plus personally. The town had a good small Carrefour express and an excellent pizza place. It also had the obligatory gelateria which was great value. We organised a massage from an outside supplier and this was fantastic. This hotel is a beautiful place to stay for real relaxation

The only piece of feedback I would give is that although the bathroom was clean, there were some hairs in the shower and on the hairdryer.

Such a special place to stay! Super friendly, welcoming and helpful hosts. Will be booking a return for sure :)
