All in all, a nice location in Monopoli with kids, but plenty of room for improvement.

The service personnel could be more helpful. There are not many International guests and all the important information (check-in is at 17:00, pool closes at 19:00, dinner ends at 21:00 and restaurant buffet is really only for "all inclusive" guests) was only written in Italian and nothing was communicated at check-in. They also didn't give us a map or show us to our rooms. The luggage assistant drove off with our children and we had to wander around for 10 - 15 minutes. Our room had a completely cracked and broken toilet seat and was missing the complimentary water and a door was broken off the track. Pool staff wouldn't let the children jump in the pool or throw balls.

The beach is great and you can go there either by shuttle bus or with your own car. The food was o.k., we only took breakfast and it was fine, but nothing special. We are very happy we ate out at the excellent restaurants in the area. Other guests found the lunch and evening buffets o.k., but no one was raving about the food.

Poor service, rude staff, difficult to get to the airport and their airport transfer costs 90 euroes.

The beach and the garden of the hotel were beautiful, there is a bus what takes You in every half an hour to the beach.

Could be nice to give information and menu in english

The most tasty food was on dinner time. I was little disappointed about breakfast because of lack of vegetables and chicken meat. The staff was very helpful especially Max and Maya.
