The staff are very friendly and there's a pleasant atmosphere. It's in a good location across the road from the beach, good facilities, it's a very good place to go with a family that has younger children as there's a big effort to keep them entertained but in saying that, it's perhaps it's a place that's not best suited for younger couples (like us)

No fitness room, crossing the street to go to the beach, and worst of it all: too many people in the breakfast/dining room it was hardly possible to walk, not convenient at all.

The resort is really wide we can have a walk inside without the need to get outside of it. It was really easy to rent a car for a day and there are many things to see less than 1:30 from the resort. The SPA was really great.

Breakfast, lunch and dinner were great. Good buffets of good quality food. The team of Maitre Fabio was very kind, gave us great service and were very helpfull if necessary. It was just a short walk to the private beach. Beds were included in the hotel price. There also are several guarded swimming pools on the site. The hotel is on a strategic location for a beach holiday or multiple daytrips inside Puglia

The accessability. Finding the entrance on the given address using a navigation tool was a crime. Just drive and look for the signs next to the road and the main entrance can be found.

I liked the service, the food, the kind staff and the facilities. If you choose all inclusive and have dinner on the terrace it is a very good place to be.

Where to begin... it was end of season buy they really let themselves down. The children's pool was filthy and our kids couldn't swim in it - the main reason we booked this resort. We also booked for an infant and was told they couldn't set us up a cot for our four month old baby until the second day of our stay "put him on the bed". I put my foot down about this and then a cot arrived within an hr. There were ants in our room that I reported 3 days in a row and were never seen to. Breakfast was below average. The children's feeding room had nothing in it to boil or sterilise, we had to ask for a kettle which was 50e deposit to our room.

I have nothing to add, this is a perfect hotel. So I have no complaints about this hotel. I definitely recommend staying at this hotel. I think it's a perfect place to rest.

Liked everything! The staff is wonderful, the rooms are cozy and comfortable, the bed is beyond reproach. The kitchen is perfect every day. I was surprised by the quality and presentation of the food. Beach near the hotel. Very nice and wonderful staff, I was impressed with their service. I will coming back to this hotel. I think it's a perfect place to rest.

Everything. Service quite bad, facilities bad (tennis court closed, one pool open, in the beach no free sub beds as said, ) food rather mediocre if you compare with price, not 24 h service, starts at 7 so no help with luggage to parking which was far away. Finally they felt sorry for me so the might guard helped me. No particular food that was kids friendly.

Very RUDE, unhelpful lady at front desk (on Saturday, 1 Oct 2022), rolled her eyes when I dared to ask for a taxi reservation. She said we do not call, but the day before a very helpful person told me to come by in the morning for same day booking to Bari airport. After much discussion she said she would send an email, so I waited she then said wait 5 mins for a response. 20mins later I asked. And she said it will be €100!!! (We paid €80 on the way in so I said I would discuss with my spouse). We organized our own taxi for €75, and when we checked out the same lady refused to give us a copy of our hotel bill until we paid the €100!!! We still do not have a copy of our bill for business expensing!!!! We will never come back to this run down. Poorly serviced hotel.

Near the beach. Food buffet was good, but only open for 1 hour. (Grumpy staff was not happy to be there and could not tell me where the bathroom was.) Rooms were well cleaned by hotel maids.

Reception staff very unfriendly and not helpful, no patience and not service-oriented. Still waiting for my invoice after asking so many times. Rooms are quite shabby. It smelled like smoke in my room and there was a weird fly in the air-conditioning. No good food for vegans, a lot of canned food and always the same. (Better go to Torre Cintola hotel if you need to stay in that area, so much nicer facilities)

The property and staff were great we just felt communication for non Italian speakers was lacking. It would have been helpful if there had been a photocopied sheet in English and other languages with breakfast and dinner times etc and where these were, and information on activities and even an info pack on how to get in and out of the resort and how to check out etc. The staff don’t speak much English (and we wouldn’t expect them to) but this means it’s much more important for there to be info left in the rooms or given on checking in. Information on the area, local shops, restaurants, beaches. There was nothing.
