Cleanliness and some pretty old and shabby facilities.

Excellent location right on the most beautiful beach on the island. Camping is nice, with good atmosphere, hosts are very nice people, open and always ready to help. Room is ok, kitchen and veranda are a good bonus.

small camping, so all the campers are quite close together. Also the tent area was next to a loud road so it was difficult at night to sleep.

- Staff very...uh..business-like. Try a smile. - A 'long' walk from the ferry with a bag. 15mins+.

+ For a "camp site" on an island out room was very good. Small, but double bed, minifridge, shower, toilet etc. + Rooms are 'semi detached' chalets. So quite private. + Out room led onto a large shared patio with chairs and a sea view. + Very quiet area. + For the price, I didn't expect too much more.

Cold water for the showers. The staff wasn't very welcoming. They keep your ID card during your stay instead of just doing a copy of it. It could be frustrating when the check out opens at 8:00 am but we need to leave at 7:00 am to go take the ferry. It's expensive for what it is.

The location is very nice. The cabine is quite useful for 1 night, passage through Vulcano.

Well, not much to dislike. It is as described on website. May be distance between room and bathroom (around 15 meters) and you have to buy also toilet paper.

Location was nice, you exit directly on the beach. Calm place. Staff was kind and polite.

Rooms were clean and well furnished. Staff was super helpful and kind! Beach access is right from the property onto a beautiful black sand beach, and everything you could need is within easy 5-10 minute walking distance!

I didn’t like the first approach I had with the receptionist, he was not welcoming at all: he rudely started complaining about the fact that I didn’t put the time of my check in (just because it was optional) on booking.com . He became smiley during my stay but, all the time we spoke, he had a different compliant about other customers and about his job. He doesn’t enjoy his job and, in my opinion, for this reason he’s unprofessional and counterproductive.

It’s a quiet and relaxing place, very close to the beach. The guy from Argentina it’s a very “good vibes” person: polite, friendly and kind.

The place was beautiful and peaceful. The location is perfect, you even have an entrance from the Togo togo village and the owner was super kind!! The small houses are the cutest rooms! Really suggest it!!

This review is hidden because it doesn't meet our guidelines.

The mobile home that we had, did not have any blinds. The camper opposite to us could see everything in our mobile home, reported to the receptionist on the day of the check out. A small improvement that can make a difference for other guests.

The property has a fantastic location, 100 meters away from the "Porto di Ponente" beach. All the information were clear from the very beginning, no toilet paper/shampoo/body wash are available, the toilets are shared. We had the mobile home, where there was air conditioning and a fridge in the 12 m² accommodation. The receptionist informed us that toilet paper was supposed to be in the mobile home, but was not the case. They keep your identity card when you check in and the payment (also by card) is made at the check out. They stored our luggage throughout the day from 10AM (check out time) till 5PM, for free. Good experience.
