The location is great for exploring the many wonderful historic sights the Veneto region has to offer and to get to Venice easily from Fusina. The village of Dolo next door is also delightful with good restaurants and bars within a lovely civilised setting. The garden of the villa is beautiful, in spring and summer it must be an absolute treat to spend time in it. Villa Alberti is a real find in my view, offering great value in a very charming and comfortable setting, a rare gem! Great hosts too! Grazie mille!

Knowledgeable, warm hosts. Elegant, artful interior. Delicious evening meals. Very good buffet breakfasts. Comfortable rooms. Magnificent garden. Easy Brenta touring. Lovely vaporetto ride to Venice.

Wasn't happy that the air conditioning was shut off there because it was late September - the weather was warm and the room was warm..

It's location.. parking lot, nice breakfast and restaurant.

The breakfast is very weak (breads, yogurt). The property is in a beautiful location but is very isolated from nearby restaurants if you don't have a car. A bus goes to Padova/Venice, but it takes about 1 hr to get from the Villa to Padova. I highly recommend reserving bikes with the Villa to get to nearby Dolo/Mira for restaurants.

This is a beautiful property with a very accommodating staff. The rooms are clean, spacious, and you can rent bikes to go to nearby Mira or Dolo.

When there was a misunderstanding (I didn't understand the bill at first) or something was different from the standard, people at the reception got impatient. I guess they still tried to be polite, but it was enough for me to feel uncomfortable.

The property had a history and a lot of photos and artworks like a museum. And had a huge garden at the back! Very impressive.

Charmy and Stylish 18th centuary Venetian Villa, with some stunning deco, ideal place for a quite and relaxed break. Room was comfortable and well equipped, nice views to the garden. I will recommend having breakfast and visiting the garden.

    Everything was perfect!

Very clean rooms, we loved that! Very nice people, lovely garden, Beautiful place and perfect to reach Venice from here, if you are by car you can take the boat to Fusina every hour. It goes back from Venice every half hour.

The breakfast is lacking in both creativity and richness. Although not necessarily a negative thing, be aware that the TV has only Italian channels (at least it was so in our room).

The villa and the adjacent garden are captivatingly beautiful and simply feel "genuinely Italian". Spacious rooms, nicely furnished, with a bathroom wide enough for everyone. Staff is helpful, always eager to give sound advice. Parking is nicely solved (as you enter, you turn left to a parking lot for etc.10-12 cars).

The beds were quite hard and we asked for extra pillows.

The room was large with a dresser and wardrobe for organizing our clothes; bathroom was also large with good water pressure. Our room was in the building next to the main building so it was very quiet and had a ground floor private entry. The included breakfast was good with numerous selections of pastry, cereals, yogurt, meats & cheeses, fresh fruits, etc. Ample parking for our car within the gated property. Large beautiful grounds with flowering trees and shrubs. Easy 20-30 min. drive to the parking garage (Tronchetto) outside Venice.

    Nothing

We spent 6 nights in the Villa Alberti at the end of September. It is a remarkable Venetian Villa very well renovated with a big garden. The staff is very friendly and helpful when you need advice for trips. It is a good place for your trips to Padua, Venice, Vicenza and Bassano del Grappa.

Average breakfast and poor WiFi if your not in the main building. The aircon was loud and it took a long time to get the temperature down in the room.

Nice setting with good garden plus ample parking. Comfortable and clean rooms. Friendly staff.

Breakfast is a little bit poor.

We love Villa Alberti because its romantic atmosphere, more like a boutique hotel, typically Venetian in architecture and interior design, yet comfortable and modern in fixtures ( air conditioned rooms). It is also a practical stop.If you travel by car you can go to Venice directly by boat from Fusina and pay only 5 euro a day the parking with the voucher from the hotel. Least but not last, the friendly owners ( it is a family held hotel ) are doing everything to make your stay pleasant

The shower was small, I always prefer a bath.

Staying here feels like stepping into an Italian Jane Austin novel. The gardens and the beautiful villa greatrooms are reminiscent of a time when homes like this hosted family guests for a country retreat. Our room was large and airy with wonderful old beams and thick white walls overlooking beautiful garden paths. The breakfast was simple but tasty...plenty of variety and a healthy start of the day spent in nearby Venice. The ferry stop to Venice is nearby, and our hosts explained everything clearly and kindly. If you don't want to stay in the city, this is a peaceful, convenient option.

Maintenance was marginal. Cleanliness was good, not great.

Context and location are very nice in the Brenta area. The old villa is pleasant and quiet, being on the other side of the river.
