The apartment was spacious and clean

Only the fact that I planned on getting a massage treatment and thermal experience, and apparently it’s not active since Covid.

Everything, from the moment I was greeted at reception to being shown my room. The room is beautiful - clean and well appointed. The bathroom is beautifully tiled and well maintained

    Nothing, everything was exceptional

Close to the Lucrino station, fabulous staff, delicious breakfast, spa facilities, loved our enclosed outside area, close to restaurant and a shop (mini market) . There is a super market down the road in walking distance. Lots of fabulous historic sites close by.

Limited use of spa facilities ie 1 he/day. If you extend your stay and not through Booking.com, you miss the add on spa experience.

The property is a restored palace with ambiance. Our spacious room had a balcony and bathtub. The plentiful breakfast provided an assortment of choices. The parking was included and you left the car keys at the front desk.

The villa is situated away from the town and port, so off season the area was quiet. The cool temp in the room could be adjusted.

Rooms are cute and clean. We got the sea view room that faces the garden and beach. Hotel staff very friendly and helpful. They've two very cute and well behaved cats which is a nice bonus. The location is very good, close to train station, restaurants, Campi diving center, lake avernus and the termi park. Baiae port is only 27 min by walk.

The hotel is comfortable and the staff very helpful. The spa was closed for renovations for the few days we were there but the beach across the road was all we needed. The train station across the road is very handy and you can travel in and out of Naples and beyond regularly.
