The walls betweens rooms are thin and you can hear people in rooms next to you if they speak loud. Unfortunately people next to our room were very loud and listened to loud music until 2 AM. Hotel staff asked them to consider the neighbors and make noise accordingly but it didn't help and we couldn't sleep as long as they were up. Such a shame cause otherwise everything was great.

It is a stunningly beautiful place. We had an apartment and a room. Both were charming and very nicely decorated. The area is so calm. It is perfect for a telaxing trip. You are in the middle of the tuscany with it's beautiful landscape. We sat there in the garden and enjoyed amazing sunsets. There is also a pool outside. The hotel itself is impressive too. You can walk around and enjoy being there. We also took day trips and visited the area and villages around. Would definitely like to go there again.

Pool and area around pool could be up kept better. When there are large groups they should make coffee to accommodate everyone without long lines. We had an early tour and had to choose between eating or waiting for coffee. That was unacceptable. No shower curtain or enclosures in some of the rooms.

It’s not clean as it should be, the bathrooms were ok but the corners in the rooms wasn’t. It was a bit scary at night because of the dark outside without lighting it.

It’s wonderful place, I felt like in a fairy tail .. very large rooms with view. The location is very good for visiting tuscan and the wineries their.

we had a dinner reservation at the restaurant but they forgot our orders but at the end of the night they didnt charge us for the dinner which was good manners. so we re ok with it, it happens every now and then

its a gorgeous building, the garden the view, the pool, everything was breath taking. i just wanted to keep walking around in the building, staff was really helpful and warm, totally recommend

I would recommend that the restaurant serves more authentic food with a little more attention to details. It wouldn't take much to make the restaurant more attractive.

The deluxe room was huge with an upstairs sleeping section in it which might not be convenient for elderly persons, the bathroom is down the stairs. However, very comfortable beds, good airconditioning and a fridge were much appreciated with these hot outside temperatures (July 2023).

The villa hotel is in a quiet position with nice gardens and interesting arboretum, beautiful majestic trees of different species. To have the restaurant at the hotel is very convenient. Very nice views from the terrace. Kind welcoming receptionist.

our room for 2 adults and 2 teenagers wasn’t a dream like the rooms on pictures as advertised on bookings website. Room for kids was tiny with two small beds. The bathroom def needs some upgrades as old, small shower cabin with shower spraying each direction, no fan to vent the Bathroom, clogged sync draining water very slow.

Setting and distance to Florence were ideal. The included breakfast exceeded expectations. Our party decided to eat dinner at the restaurant one evening. We were not disappointed, all of us choosing to have the Steak Florentine, as the meal was fantastic. Bar service and staff were friendly and helpful. I will recommend this to friends and consider staying again when in Florence.

no wifi, no cellphone signal in room. was a wedding over the weekend at the hotel so hotel was very loud and crowded, unable to use the facilities with all the guests and unable to eat in the hotel restaurant. wasn’t warned about the wedding before arrival which should have been done!
