Not everyone got the same stuff at breakfast. Some people had to wait for a table at breakfast as they only had very few inside.

The Room was very cozy with a nice view over the garden. The breakfast was delicious and the staff very friendly. Very good and fast ( ca 25 min.) public transportation connection to venice City.

The property was in a great location and had a lovely traditional feel to it. There’s a lovely garden with seating, flowers and cute lights which make a nice setting to relax. The room had a traditional feel, it was very clean and comfortable with nice views outside. The host - Stella- was really helpful with her communication, a warm welcome and offered advise about the area. A really lovely place to stay. Thank you Stella.

There wasn't much I did not like, really.

Breakfast was abundant and nice: you get a wide selection of food to freely choose from. The staff is very efficient, kind and professional. They have been really helpful in providing me and my wife with useful informations and nice tips. The owner greeted has and she has been an excellent host.

It’s a nice little hotel in Venezia Lido, 4 bus stops away from the ferry to the main island. Rooms are comfortable and very clean, not the most modern but perfectly ok. Staff was excellent, very friendly and accommodating.

The only three things I didn't really like were the internet, mattress and breakfast. Internet was not good in our room on the second floor. The mattress was too soft for me. Breakfast is monotonous. Every morning the same thing.

I was very impressed by the personal in this hotel. Everybody is so friendly, smiling and always ready to help. The hotel was always clean. Our room was cleaned daily, and the sheets and towels were changed every two days. The hotel is not far from the sea (5 minutes on foot) and from the bus stop (2 minutes on foot).

Very cute rooms and to our pleasant surprise we got a last minute upgrade of our room the day we arrived. Breakfast was good and the staff was really nice. We loved the location because it was close to the beach.

Breakfast was a little basic but it was certainly adequate for us. The room was a little cozy for a twin room but it was perfect size for a short break or 3/4 nights.

Room was clean and cosy and the staff were excellent especially when we had a few requests. The breakfast was good if a little basic but met our needs perfectly. The hotel is about a 15 minute walk from the boat jetty and the walk always felt very safe even late into the evenings. It was nice to be a little distance from super busy Venice and it was a an absolute luxury to have a beautiful beach but 200m from the hotel. We were very happy with our stay and it was a great value for money. Would stay again!

The walls were a bit thin in the room we were, but this is really just nitpicking, there was no issue, it was quiet.

It is insane how good this place was, no complaints whatsoever. Moreover, we had a nice little room with a bathroom attached, clean and cozy. The garden is pretty, the staff - we've met Luka - were friendly, polite, and helpful. The hotel is nicely decorated, and even if the building is almost a 100 years old, it feels fresh and lively. The highlight of this place is the breakfast. It is the most elaborate, delicious, and overall satisfying breakfast I ever had in a hotel, and it was included in the room price. There are bread, several kinds of pastry, muffins, tarts, cheese, fruit, juice, and the serving lady and gentleman will ask you how do you want your coffee, your eggs, sandwich, etc. Highly recommended.

We could not have been treated with more kindness - and the hospitality of all staff, including Stella was wonderful. We spent 5 nights here and would highly recommend it. The bed was huge and comfortable, the breakfasts were fabulous - lots of charm in this lovely family-feel hotel.

We had a pleasure to stay in Villa Stella for two days in late March this year and we have to admit we were hosted with a great deal of kindness and dilligence. Ms Stella took care of us from the very beginning of our stay by providing us with relevant and helpful information related to the local surroundings as well as the area of entire Venice and pertinent transportation. Our room was tidy and well-kept, so that we could feel comfortable during entire stay. Villa Stella is equipped with charming garden and outer balcony wherein you can have your meals served. Breakfast was diversified and tasty, accompanied by affable Mr Mazul who were overseeing us. With a clear conscience we can recommend this place for both short-term and long-term visits.

Fabulous place, lovely family and staff running it, quirky. Well worth paying less to be here on the Lido, with a far nicer hotel than you would get on Venice Island, with not only breakfast included but a really good one in a stunning setting. Only a 6 min bus ride or easy 16min wander to the boat and 10 mins trip over to Venice.. even paying 65 euros for a 7 day pass, jump on/off wherever 24/, it still works out at better value

Great place to stay on the Lido, quite, lovely house, great beds, lovely staff and fantastic breakfast. Topfloor bedroom is a bit of a climb, but you have a great view. Highly recommendable and we'll certainly be back.

Very good breakfast with a variety of eggs. They also offer jams, butter, italian pastry, grapefruit juice and a variety of coffees. A very pleasant and nice owner (director) and all the other staff. Beautiful garden outside.
