The accommodation could use another coffee cup, decorative pillows and a couple of suitcase racks, which is no big deal. Taxi cabs charge quite a lot for a relatively short distance to the airport. Wasn’t sure if WiFi was available.

This apartment was very comfortable. I want to share with you my point of view stayed there. I had booked in advance for 1 night in May 2025. Nice apartment with little kitchen, new bathroom and amazing seaview from garden. Morning coffee outside was especial part of this staying. I really enjoed it. It exceeded my expectations. Special thanks to the owner for the warm welcome and quick, excellent service. Stefano was always in touch and organised me shuttle everytime, gave me a lot of advise about the best dishes there and also he was always responsive. I felt like home. Highly recommnded!

A Hidden Gem Near Rome’s airport and Coastline! We had the most wonderful stay at this charming beach house just 5 KM from Fiumicino airport in Rome. The appartment itself is beautifully decorated, clean, and incredibly comfortable perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring or lounging by the sea. The location is ideal for anyone wanting to enjoy the serenity of the coast while still being close to the airport. We loved waking up to the sound of waves and spending our evenings with a glass of wine and a view of the sunset. Everything we needed was provided, from a fully equipped kitchen to cozy linens. We can’t wait to return and would highly recommend this beach retreat to anyone looking for a peaceful, memorable getaway in Italy.

Host arrange an early (honest ;-) taxi at 0415 Plenty of restaurants. We enjoyed the Il Ghiottone Host offered pickup from the airport...but we choose a taxi at the airport 3.5 times the price :-(

There is no separate bedroom. Soo loud. Music was the whole night till 2am. It was no seaview and no gardenview. The terras wasn't separate it was for two apartments to share, no privacy. The owner was rude And last but very important. For shared place, he booked Ukrainians and russians.

Check-in process was a shambles. The host did not forward me any check-in details, no keypad code etc. I arrived at the designated time to find other guests accessing my apartment (not their fault - they had booked the next-door apartment, the host had forwarded them the keypad code and there was only one key left out and that was for MY apartment). After we both contacted him, the host arrived within 20 minutes or so with the other keys but it just added a degree of hassle to what was only a one-night stay for both sets of guests and, as I was travelling alone, I believe the level of contact from the host pre-check-in was unacceptable. He also did not give me any instructions on how to open the automatic outer courtyard door so I found myself unable to get out, until I contacted him! The TV didn’t seem to have any channels except apps like Netflix etc which guests could access individually. There were no instructions for aircon, coffee maker, heated towel rail etc.

Clean and comfortable apartment in a great location a stone’s throw from the beach.

The cafe across the street was playing loud music until midnight, which made it hard to sleep. Other than that everything was great.

The location close to the beach was great, and it was everything I needed to rest and recover after a long flight.
