Large apartment, well equipped, close to the Old city, Maserati, Ferrari museum, train station. The restaurant just below the apartment is a good place for breakfast and lunch.

There is nothing negative to say, we loved absolutely everything!

I cannot say enough good things about our stay here! The unit was absolutely immaculate, and our host was so amazing! He met us to hand over the keys, and then gave us a tour of the unit, and chatted with our adult son about the Maserati decor and photos. We loved hearing the stories. He gave us recommendations of restaurants to eat at(which were amazing!) and told us about the cute coffee shop just meters away, we ate there every morning. I would not hesitate to recommend this unit, we give it 100/10!!

Apartment we over the top, somewhat luxurious.it’s Masariti museum. Excellent appliances washer kitchen stove fridge dishwasher. Both beds were of temperpedic quality. The floors are beautiful marble type tiles. Great security. The absolute best thing there is Stefano who took such great care of us. He made sure we were comfortable. This place is a gem. Come for the card and food.

A good sized apartment with decent sized, distinct individual rooms - a kitchen diner and a lounge diner. Lots of wardrobe and cupboard space available for tenants.

Car lovers paradise! Maserati memorabilia adorning the apartment was a lovely touch. Excellent location, close to all the main attractions in Modena except the Lamborghini museum (approximately 20 minutes from the main train station too). Delicious local feel restaurant Trattoria da Danilo within walking distance and worth visiting in town when you stay! Apartment was very clean and comfortable and met all our needs. The owner was very responsive immediately by phone for any questions we had and met us on arrival to assist with luggage storage. We would stay here again.

The kitchen was well equipped, but surprisingly didn't have an electric kettle? I think this is a quirk of Italy, as there wasn't one in the place we stayed in Bologna either. Not a big issue, as we used the microwave, but handy to know. The only other thing that I hadn't come across before was an electric lock on the external door of the apartment block that was activated by a telephone call? It would have been no problem if you are an Italian local, but results in an international call charge each time you open the door if you are an international visitor, this could soon add up depending on how many times you go in and out? Couldn't fault the apartment otherwise.

A lovely well equipped and stylish apartment within a 10min walk from the Modena train station and directly opposite the Maserati showroom/ factory if you are interested in Italian cars. The Enzo Ferrari is a mere 5 mins walk away, so ideally suited if visiting the Ferrari museums. Modena centre is only 15-20 mins walk away, so the location is ideal We had a very enjoyable stay and loved Modena.

Owner demand us to leave hotel 9:00 to 9:30, as he book the cleaning lady arrive at that time, and the new guest will arrive 13:00, makes us homeless for 3 hr, which is not kind

Photos are misleading because I thought we would be staying in the condominium next to the Maserati museum. The apartment however, is actually in the short brick apartments in front. Had a hassle opening up the building doors.

Location is right in front of the Maserati headcounters. Cool interiors and decorated completely with Maserati memorabilia. Very spacious. Two bedrooms, one fully functional kitchen, bathroom, and living room.

far away from city center, dark, dirty , full with mosquitoes. No shower gel and shampoo in the bathroom but a bottle of antibacterial hand gel which I got rashes on my skin immediately. The apartment was like +40C degrees when we arrived and the air conditioning was not inside the bedroom but in the hallway, thus, with +40C and mosquitoes in the room, we didn’t sleep at all. Hence, the owner was rude.

This property is one of the worst apartment I had ever stayed. It is far away from city center, dark, dirty , full with mosquitoes. No shower gel and shampoo in the bathroom. The owner was rude. Do not book this property.

Location was a little odd as the apartment is located in a building with all medical offices. The water heater needed to be turned on so no hot water the first morning. TVs didn't work.

Kitchen was not well equipped! Had oven but NOTHING to bake in, no baking sheet, no baking dishes, nothing to use in oven. No large glasses, No sharp knives (terrible knives). No dish soap at sink & dishwasher was terrible, it did not melt the dish soap. Kitchen was difficult cooking in 🤨

bedrooms were very comfortable, rooms are spacious, easy access, 15 minute walk from train station.
