There really wasn’t anything I didn’t like. I maybe got a little confused trying to find the hotel, but a lot of hotels aren’t explicitly labeled in Rome. I was able to find it by looking through the pictures on booking.

The AC was super cold, which was a big plus in August. Besides that the room was super modern and spacious. The staff were so sweet and helpful. They were so on top of making sure the rooms were clean. The location is amazing. The pantheon is right around the corner pretty much. 10/10 experience.

The curtain is not a blackout curtains where our family's light sleeper always wakes up at the first sight of sunlight which is around 5/6am. The sofa bed is not flat enough and the bed is a bit too soft for us.

I like the reception staff, very welcoming and helpful. The room is quiet enough even in the central area of Rome. The room is well cleaned and quite well maintained.

Lift was very old but in character with Rome if people don’t close it properly then it doesn’t work, no reflection on the hotel as it’s part of the entire building

As the building was very traditional it has a vintage lift which the kids were a bit worried about but after a few times of using it they were absolutely fine with using it.

On arrival the staff couldn't do enough for use to make sure we were comfortable. The location of the perfect close to all the major sights. The room was lovely with a nice view and some great locations to eat.

Very central to all attractions of Rome. Staff were lovely and very helpful before, during and after checkout (extremely friendly and well mannered). Property felt very safe and the room was extremely clean and spacious.

Slight issue with finding the property, the address is correct, just needed to mention it on the Fourth floor, there a lift.

We found the location great, the property consists 6 rooms, our room was a studio with a shower not over a bath. We enjoyed the breakfast. The reception in on the 4th floor, as are all the room.

A preliminary itinerary would be very helpful, I fear about that navi led us through on _daylong_ ZTL areas. It is in the ZTL, and the ZTL is active until 6 p.m., and the end of the check-in time window is 5 p.m. – however the self check-in is very simple, and they sent a very good guide about that; I suggest to ask it and use it! Preliminary info about the check-in parking place would be extremely helpful – without that it is a matter of luck that if you can find parking place in the near or not. The recommended parking garage is very expensive (EUR 38 per day), and it is a 15-20 minutes walk (on difficult terrain – do not try it with suitcases!). Bad odor when you enter from the corridor. Not good interior soundproofing. And the breakfast area was in front of our room, so if nothing else but the staff woke us up at 7:30 in every day. Leather table and bedside cabinet – hard to clean and sanitize it. The bed is short and soft – however finally I slept well. The back of the chair in the room is too low. The shower gel is very weak. The shower is dripping. The hanger in the bathroom is in a very bad place, and the towel always falls down from it; it is hard to put both large towels to the only one hook, and as the bathroom is very large it is incomprehensible that why they did not put another hanger to the other wall.

Centrally located but no disturbing noise from outside – and I am ultra sensitive about this! Which means very good exterior soundproofing. Very helpful and kind reception staff! You feel yourself really as a guest in every morning, as she helps to plan your day, but not _too much_, not to pushy! In general, communicative (and kind) staff, they react quickly before check-in as well, both for messages and calls. The breakfast is abundant and varied enough that it was OK for me for 4 days – I usually get bored it for the 2nd day. Good smell in the elevator ((it is funny to read so many comments on the elevator from people from rich countries – if you have not live your life in a bubble so far, there is nothing to see here)). Wide bed. Lots of room to pack in the bathroom. Spacious shower.

My family really loves the location, it's convenient to everywhere: attractions, restaurants, supermarkets... The staff is really nice and helpful, we liked the breakfast provided by the hotel too. The room is big and clean, the A/C really helped us survived the August temperature in Rome. We enjoyed the staying.

The lift was super tiny, had to make several trips plus the staircase but Christine and Dale were there to lift a helping hand!

It was amazing… At first not sure what to expect with the short set of stairs and small lift to get to the floor but Christine and Dale (Receptionist) were AMAZING!! The service felt so personal like they where there just for you! It a very private space, not many rooms but everything was perfection! Very modern and clean. Even the breakfast was great! Centrally located to most sites to see in the city!
