Request a room off the main street as we talked to another couple who said they didn't hear a thing and had an awesome sleep but there were on the other side!

The hotel was in a great location. Very friendly staff. Breakfast buffet was great. Only thing is we had a very very noisy room, right over the main street, I think the room was called the Vasari, just up the stairs 2nd room to the right. It was a holiday in Italy this could account for the all night noise. Over all great hotel with awesome staff! They recommended LaPieve restaurant and it was wonderful! Excellent service.

as i said before the television contains only italian channels , you must put more cosmetics like maybe hair conditioner and some perfums and the mini fridge was empty , i cannot find a bottle of water in the room

The location, quality and design of the rooms ,every room is special in design circulation and colors, and the entrance is very welcoming, but the television contains only italian channels , we ask to add some international channels.

Heating system was a little bit loud, since it s centrally controlled, next time we will call the desk and ask them to switch it off at night time. A little pricey

Room is very big, I loved the tub and the shower, which were both very big. Staff is very friendly.

    Nothing.

This clean and comfortable hotel is perfectly situated for exploring Arezzo. It's a 5 min walk to the station or to the San Francesco church. The rooms are huge and interestingly laid out with well chosen furnishings so that it feels pretty luxurious. The air con is very effective, which is welcome in summer in Italy. There's also a good restaurant round the corner on Via Garibaldi called Formaggeria Biancolatte, especially if you like cheese.

Nothing, except the hotel style breakfast was only what we usually get in city hotels.

Friendly helpful staff, great location with good 24hrs car park nearby. Rather grand decor with huge bathroom! Would recommend it to anyone.

Most beautiful hotel room I've ever had. High painted ceilings, antique furniture which is classy and understated. Luxurious bath and shower after a day of walking under a hot Italian sun is greatly appreciated.

This is an unusual hotel. The sink is in the room and the shower is behind the bed separated by a glass panel. The shower is huge with two complete sets of shower heads along with wall mounted sprayers. There is nowhere in the room to hang a towel, not in the shower nor near the sink. The windows are opaque glass, so you cannot see out. I consider it value for money since I had an off season rate

Room size and location. Also a good breakfast. They also allowed me to park for two days in one of the two spaces they have at the door

when you enter in this Hotel the first impression is not the best ..also the part where they serve the breakfast is too dark and old...but when you get to the rooms you enjoy it.

Staff does not speak English well enough to give clear directions about the parking. 1. They were not clear about the location of the lot. &Quot;Turn left" is not an adequate instruction in a crowded city in the dark in the rain. 2. As a result of their not giving us clear instructions about how to claim the hotel's parking discount in the city lot,we paid 40 Euros extra for parking. They just shrugged, didn't acknowledge any responsibility. Laundry lost 2 socks but did quickly find them before we checked out.

Nice room, spacious, good clean bathroom, good breakfast. Central location but in town.

The hotel is not what You expect. It is sold as a fashionable place but the rooms don't make any sense, specially the showers. No parking of their own and the breakfast is not what You would expect for the price.

Air conditioning didn't work properly. The bath/shower was stuck in shower mode. We stayed here a few years back without any problems, that room had an awesome shower (no bathtub).

Location is unbeatable, just a few minutes walk from Piazza Grande. The view from the room is beautiful (upper floor) and the room decor is exactly what you would hope for in Tuscany.
