Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (i.e. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.

No complains, everything worked as expected for a great vacation.
Great location, near the airport and the city centre. Laura was attentive and responsive. This is really a hidden gem in cagliari. The facility was well equipped, comfortable and new. We had a great experience at welcome cagliari and would definitely come back again. Highly recommended.

The building is not so nice, but Welcome Cagliari is a gem! Beautifully decorated, very modern and pretty, with a sweet welcome gesture in the shared area. Just a few steps from the centre and a train station - crucial for us as we were taking an early train to the airport.

I always like 2 pillows but there is only 1 each. There were only 2 hangers each for our clothes. I contacted Lara and this was rectified the next day,
Superb location. In a quiet area but 5 mins away from the main Old Town and Centre

The building is old and the drainage system causes some smell. But it’s not only the apartment but the whole building.
The apartment was very clean and in a nice location. About 10 min from city but comes with the possibility of free parking in front of the building on white like parkings. Host is very kind and provided everything we wanted. It is exactly like in the pictures. Very new and modern facilities.

Very nice and modern rooms, comfortable bed, nice little balcony, good sound proof windows and shutters (you don't hear the nearby train at night). Kitchen is also really nice and has possibility to make simple breakfast - its not possible to cook, but there is a coffee machine, microwave and a fridge). Very good location with short walk to the centre. The manager is responsive and friendly.

I had a great stay here during my time in Cagliari. The location is incredibly central and very practical—just a short walk from the main train station, which made everything super convenient. The room was spotless, well-equipped, and had everything I needed. Laura was extremely welcoming and made me feel right at home. I’d definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Cagliari!

Great location next the train station and few minutes on foot from the centre. The owner has divided an entire apartment in multiple room within you can have your own privacy. My room had a bathroom, was spacious and luminous. In the common space you can take a coffee and chat with the others guests. I recommend this site if you are looking for a quiet place near the train station and the city centre.

The bedroom and ensuite were of a great size and were very clean. the property was quiet and a great location for getting around Cagliari, with less than a 5 minute walk to the train station and main bus stops.

The host was very friendly, patient and helpful. Room and common area very modern and clean, everything in working order. Under a 5-minute walk to the train station and a lot of fun things are around.

Everything was nice.
Great location near the main station. Cute decor and nice to have the fruit, snacks and yogurts always available. The host, Laura, is incredibly friendly. It was easy to enter and felt secure with a camera, even when we left our luggage.

A bit hard to find in this residential building. Need a sign at the entrance. It's located on the 5th floor.
