Room was a little dirty and dusty, and there was a weird smell coming from under/side of the bed not a disgusting smell but not sure. Otherwise very good hotel.

Problems with the elevators were a bit of a problem.

Superb location, especially for train journeys. A very good breakfast. Friendly and helpful staff. A room that is clean and perfectly maintained.

Unfortunately the air conditioning in the room wasn't working properly. We were excited to spend time on the rooftop terrace and had envisioned sitting up there on the evenings sipping some wine but found out on our arrival that the rooftop terrace was closed until May. We had also tried to order room service but were told this couldn't be done. We would also recommend an easier, quicker way to book with the spa as it seemed quite a roundabout task to have done.

The top floor where we stayed had just been renovated to a beautiful standard. The hotel itself is friendly, stylish and in walking distance to all the exciting sites you want to see on your visit.

Nothing really. We stayed for one night and would have loved to stay longer to explore.

The location is an easy accesss to the train station public transportation, supermarkets and restaurants. The staff is very friendly and the receptionist who check us in is very accomodating. The room is big and very beautiful and clean. The breakfast is good.

Staff are very friendly, nice room, with smart TV. Very close to the train station which helps with further commutes. Hotel also provides an umbrella in the room, very useful on the first day of stay when it was raining.

We were so tired. When we arrived it was 7am. Even they have available room, they asked more money to early check in. We paid like 1/3~1/2 of room money for enter to room. We just slept 2 hours and we have gone out for day and turn back at midnight. I wish we havent more money

On our first night we were given a room that was nothing like the picture we booked, it was in a loft space and was grotty and dated, we complained but as the hotel was fully booked we couldn't be moved until the next day, they did move us to a room that was like the picture we booked and this was lovely, it had a nice big window and was clean

We liked the location of the hotel, it was 20 minutes away on foot to the Trivelli Fountain and Spanish Steps and the pantheon and the colosseum

Since it’s located in the older building the windows were non-airtight and it was a little cold in the room. Moreover, at the day of my checkout (before I’ve checked out from the room) cleaning staff was already trying to get inside the room - twice!

The door felt like if it was paper thin as the walls actually, which we were not expecting from a Golden Tulip. The beds are too short. I measure 1m90 and my feet be were totally outside the bed.

Great location! Really big room and big bathroom. Charming old elevator. I like harder beds so I was very pleased as we slept very well. The windows are very well soundproofed. We didn’t have breakfast so no opinion on that.
