The shower is tiny but the bathroom was really nice. Most of the staff were lovely except one member of staff was extremely rude to my son on our last night for no reason other than he wanted to use the bathroom in the foyer. He kept shouting and clicking his fingers at him refusing him access to the bathroom by demanding his room number despite my son telling the staff member 4 tmes. (He and his cousin went ahead of us on the walk back). I asked why was he shouting and asked another member of staff and my nephew if my son had been rude to the this man and was told no, he just reacted like this when the walked in the door. I ushered my son away.as he was very embarrassed, and it upset him quite a lot. It was really quite a bizarre encounter, having had a lovely week there with the staff members all week. There's a seating area off the foyer - access there to self-service tea/coffee would be good. If, like us you are there in a heat wave, a fridge in the room would be good, or access to an ice making machine would help in hot temps to keep drinks cool. Breakfast was basic. I would advise room only and go to a local cafe for breakfast instead.

Location was great. Very clean. It had great air con which was great as we arrived in time for a heatwave with 38° Very welcoming in arrival and give us take away breakfast as we left early morning we left for our flight We had a lovely balcony Beds were comfy, bit hard. Air con in the room was excellent. Smart sockets were great as we brought the wrong adapted however, only 2/3 sets worked

I like the place. Decent value for the money. Location was good and relatively quiet despite the busy location. Was clean. Beds were comfy. Brekfast was good and tasty. The only thing which coukd be better was just size of the shower. But this was not a problem at all. Stuff was amazing and hellpfull. Recommended.

It is what it is. The shower was SO SMALL I could barely turn around and I certainly couldn't wash my hair or my body very well.

The location was fantastic. Not far from Roma Termini and I could walk to the hotel and then walk to Trevi Fountain and the Spanish Steps. Ate at some nice restaurants near the hotel as well.

We loved the location. It was way less touristy with great restaurants nearby but still in walking distance of the biggest sights (and connected to public transit). Our rooms were clean and comfortable, and we liked that breakfast was included. The staff members were friendly, and we felt accommodated with an infant. We’d recommend!

The mattress was so hard that my husband hurt his back on it. The shower needs a little shelf to put shampoo and soap on. The shower stall is so small, I kept having to bend down to pick up the soap or shampoo bottle that I had to put on the floor due to lack of a shelf.

The staff was really great. Massimiliano really took care of me!

The room was small but ok for one night. The price didn’t justify the cost. Was a bit noisy but to be expected if staying in a central location. No major problems ☺️

Location was good easy to walk to historic sites. It was great for a late check in, this is the reason I selected it. Breakfast was simple but all that you need. I only stayed one night due to the value for money, but recommend if you want a late night check in.

Amazing Location, right next to the Rome Termini. Good and helpful staff. Very clean and tidy rooms and hotel. Right next to Mini stores and good restaurants. It is a good hotel to stay at, while touring Rome. Just when you plan to roam all day and come back to rest & sleep.
