Every thing at breakfast were. Cold coffee. Things to eat. Eggs , scrambled eggs etc.. milk .. all the people that served were in a hurry all the time but they were friendly as in general Italians are, there were no shampoo. No conditioner and no glass for water I asked but they say no possible and by the price I dhouldudtsy in a better location

The only single issue would be the noise in the room; the windows don’t keep the street noise out overly well (we were 7 floors up) and the heating clicking in and out was quite loud.

The staff were very helpful but it wouldn't hurt to be more friendly.

We did not mind walking so location was great. Not too far from Milano Centrale Station (about 20 minutes) and the Duomo (about 30 minutes). It is next to the tram tracks so don't expect absolute quiet. It didn't bother us but it might to those that are light sleepers. Breakfast was great too. They have a very good variety of choices. We were very satisfied.

The shower was good but complicated to set the temperature. The pillows were a bit stiff. The noise from the trams during the night was slightly disturbing.

The breakfast was excellent. The room and bathroom were spacious. The bed was comfortable and the room was nice and warm. The staff were all very helpful.

Hotel was central enough to be walking distance to the metro and other attractions. The staff were all super friendly and nice. Gave us good recommendations for breakfast as well as for dinner when the restaurant we wanted to go was closed for christmas

Take ear plugs as it’s very noisy with the outside traffic and tram.

The attitude of some of the staff during breakfast. It was as if we were a burden and they were annoyed whenever we asked for assistance - to the point that we found it quite rude.

It’s very close to the tram track so we could hear the tram very well from the room. It can be troublesome if you’re a slight sleeper

Rail tracks / tram is right outside and it is very noisy. I also thought the breakfast quality has deteriorated compared to a few years ago. Overall, it feels the hotel rooms can benefit from updating / modernisation.

I didn’t like that there was no kettle or coffee machine in the room. The drinking water bottles were in the fridge, so I assume it was a minibar

staff of the reception was not nice when we came to check in you can feel they are not welcoming in a proper way and not happy with your presence The room is very dull , furniture are poor , when you need tea you have to go and take it by your self from the reception the room service doesnt provide that they dont even clean up the tea tray

Bit noisy from the street below. The tram passing and a lot of police sirens. Maybe better to get a room at the back of the hotel. This isn’t the hotels fault nothing they can do about the noise. Would not stop me returning.

The noise from the outside can be bothering if you open the window. And the bathtub drain almost didn’t work.

The hotel is located conveniently, within 15-20 minutes by foot from locations I needed. The room was spacious with high ceilings and blackout curtains, so I had a lot of comfort.
