The stairs were very steep like any old building and would be tough for elderly people.

Location was amazing. Right in the centre and attractions at your door step. Still the place was quiet. Nice spacious home with a kitchen and living area as well. Excellent location and value for money.

There are a lot of stairs but you are told this at the time of booking. They were not a problem for us, but people with impaired mobility might find the stairs challenging.

Loved this apartment. Perfect for our family of 4 (2 x teenagers girls). Spacious, clean and in a fantastic location close everything.

Was made to feel like we were a nuisance though when we called to get the electricity back on, and also when I called to say the agent had left her bag at the flat. The WiFi did not reach the main bedroom. We did not like the two metal wobbly stool that were ment to be side tables next to the bed. Could not keep my book there let alone my glasses. There was a washer dryer but really a clothes rack would have been better. Also the washer/dryer in the bathroom was scary on the spin cycle. Feels like it had not been secured properly. There was a gas cooker but no way to light it and no microwave. Also utensils needed replacing/up dating. Lastly it was noting like any of the photos on this website.

The location. We were just around the corner to the Basilica. In the middle of the tourist spot. Exactly what we wanted, location wise. Surprisingly not as noisy in the evenings as expected. Had a lift which was useful. The decoration of the flat was nice. There was a kitchenette in the living space which also doubled as the second bedroom, I'm not sure if this was good or bad I didn't mind but my children did not like it.The shower was good. They gave a lot of towels.During the second day the power went out, luckily we already had breakfast so not so much a problem and they did come out and fix it by the time we came back.

The room was very dated but comfortable enough. The photos looked a lot better. Because the building is old, had a bit of a smell, nothing too bad. The stairs into the apartment were narrow, so not super convenient for people with a lot of luggages. The lighting was too dark for our preference. We also had to wait 30 Min for check in, as the staff was helping with another check in beforehand.

Location was amazing, right in the middle of the action, which made it convenient as a read stop during the day. Facilities were complete despite the apartment being dated.

Shower was very small. Noise from the street outside, particularly on last day was horrendous- before 6am and builders ripping out a building throwing metal girders into a metal skip for over an hour. Lorries and vans and shouting in the street very early morning- not the fault of the apartment hosts though! Just take earplugs! Other than that the stay was perfect!

Very good host- communication was good. Apartment was roomy and the beds were large. Kitchen facilities were very good. Location was excellent- right in the heart of the city, a moment's walk to major attractions.

We then walked another 5 min with all the luggages to property address, walk is not long , just hassle with all luggages in narrow streets

There were loose floor tiles in one of the bedrooms and they were painful to walk on. Only gave us 2 rolls of toilet paper for 4 people to use for 3 days.

Location was amazing, we could walk everywhere. Having air conditioning was so nice. Property was very clean and quiet. The kitchen was fully stocked if we would have wanted to cook. Appreciated the coffee pot!

It was advertised as having 3 beds but it reality had one double bed and one sofa double bed so 2 double beds and not 3 as described. This was very disappointing since we always book 3 beds since we have a teenage boy and girl.

It was just over 50 steps to our apartment, which was difficult with heavy suitcases. There was no basics ingredients in the kitchen like salt, pepper, tea or coffee and only minimal crockery too. Difficult to cook a simple meal without the basics including a tea towel.,

Something to be aware of is extremely loud noise from the street all night long.

Quite noisy but the apartment is right above one of the shopping streets so it was expected.

Amazing location, right in the city centre 2 minutes from the cathedral. The staff accommodated our late check in and late checkout without any issues. Nice decor. Great place overall, will be booking again.

5 Floors of steep stairs

Being Florence, the buildings are old and there are no elevators. There were 6 flights of steep stairs to get to our apartment on the 4th floor. To be fair, we were warned before booking that this was the case, so this was not a surprise. But it is still tough going. Thankfully I was travelling with strong men who could manage our luggage. What I didn't anticipate is when you have so many stairs to climb to access your apartment, you hesitate to go back to the apartment if you intend to leave again! So we ended up staying out once we were out rather than ducking back for a rest/break. The shower also had very poor drainage such that it flooded whenever someone had a shower. WiFi was also very, very slow and unusable.

The apartment is very centrally located - just a few minutes walk from Piazza Signoria. It is spacious and has a full kitchen, which is great for preparing your own meals. We were very comfortable during our stay.

The apartment is a bit dark, but it's comfortable, bigger than normal and steps away from all the major attractions.

The location is perfect. They let us leave our bags before check in.
