First day we had hot woter for shower but for the evening of first day and the second day, water was only cold.

It was close to the public transports, also the room was very clean and relax. Bathroom was really good, they have shampoos and everything. The common space was really good, sitting there and relaxing in the evening was pretty good experience. The kitchen is also really good, we liked the atmosphere. (Also they have a washing machine, this is a big advantage for travellers. If you're backpacking this is a great choice for accomodation.)

Hassle free contact with host, building in tidy area with apartment blocks around. Lidl supermarket 7 minutes walking distance, same with tramway station 15 minutes ride ro center. Older fashion building and furniture but clean.

The location is really good, walk distance to tram station and supermarket. The apartment is cute, everything is good, especially in such hot at Florence, there is air conditioner in the room that is fantastic value.

Maintenance of the facilities... a shower is falling apart, a washing machine is falling apart, so I didn't do laundry and postponed it to the next place.The owner of the apartment is not available, I had to leave keys and money and send him a photo... and only after I saw that he did not answer, I sent a message again the next day.

Please note, this is a room within an apartment, which means there are common areas in the apartment (living room, kitchen, refrigerator). Too bad I didn't realize it before there were roommates. Maybe I didn't understand it and that's why I'm not complaining.

The shower is quite old, it’s door was broken, so it’s dangerous if it falls on someone. The covering bed linen was with some wholes.. kinda for that money was expecting smth more pleasant.

Communication with the owner was somewhat difficult.

The room was quite spacious and having our own bathroom was nice. There was hot water and good water pressure. Wifi worked well too. there is a lift available to go from ground floor to the 2nd floor.

The room was pretty cold in the evening. We talked to the owner about the issue but the only reply we got was that the heating was central and it was closed on 5th of April. However there was an AC in the room, which couldn’t turned on in heating mode. I can understand that they shut down the heating but what about the AC? Also, it could be indicated in advance, bcz after shower it was pretty cold. Plus, the name of the place includes breakfast, yet, the fridge is empty.

The common space was decent although cold. There are plenty of kitchen stuff, the balcony is pretty nice and the location is great.

I couldn't sleep well during 2 nights because the neighbours from the upper floor were really noisy and they were talking and laughing loudly during these 2 nights. when I informed the owner about the irritating noise, he said just: "sorry!" There were no towel in bathroom and you have to take yours all the time.

We arrived and had trouble getting in. The apartment was dirty and the neighborhood was not as advertised. We did not feel comfortable staying the night there. I tried getting in touch with the ZUES, but they were non communicative. We had been promised help booking a 4:45 am shuttle in the morning, but getting in touch with ZUES was difficult and they were not on premise and did not answer when I called the number provided. We did not feel comfortable staying at the flat and ended up moving to Hotel Franci down the street for a very similar price. It was much cleaner and they arranged for us to have a shuttle bring us to the airport in the morning. I do not think we should be charged for this stay as it was not what was advertised at all and we were not able to stay at the room at all. Do not reccomend.
