The view, everything was rite their when needed.. The management very respectful and helpful.. i will be back next year...

Everything was good

Wonderful breakfast with local dishes and standard options. You can also get lunch and dinner at the restaurant at a reasonable cost. Be sure to ask for the oxtail which is exceptional!

The staff was horrible but the hotel itself is gorgeous with beautiful views

I paid for early check in and didn’t get it they kept my things in a hot closet, the pool was up several flights of stairs no elevator access, they ran out of ice and American style breakfast everyday, manager made me wait hours to change room bc the tv and other things where not working overall bad experience wouldn’t stay there again

Clean and good size of the rooms. Staff was nice and helpful. We liked the pool with ocean view.

bar at the pool deck was closed and we had to go back to the reception to order drinks. some of the cocktails were a bit overpriced. We did not need to have access to the beach but this is something missing that most of travelers would appreciate.

Modern, clean and very comfortable hotel in Montego Bay. We use it for last night before your departure from Jamaica and it was really nice.

Property was modern and strategically located on hip strip. Generally good for a quick getaway.

Our room had a very foul odor coming from the bathroom which appeared to be linked to a leaking toilet which caused entire room to smell like urine and sewage. We had to use common area bathroom to brush our teeth as we couldn’t stay in the room. Staff was however very willing to offer a different room and indicated it appeared to be an anomaly but we decided to leave. Despite this, I would try it one more time as the overall aesthetics were good and the staff/management were very apologetic, launched an investigation into the cause and offered a complimentary stay given the inconvenience experienced. Also be prepared to climb few steps to get to the pool area.

Love the new facility. Nice room, beautiful view. Enjoyed the breakfast.

The Frontt Desk Clerk was slow. She moved with no sense of urgency. One clerk with a long line; it was a long wait just to check in. Front Desk staffers need to be more professionally attired. I'm not saying they need to dress up in suits n stockings, but they should not be looking like they are just going to the gym, or about to take a casual walk down the road. And get rid of the chairs at the Front Desk. They don't need to be sitting while working; unless they have an injury or disability that requires sitting while working. It's not professional looking n it slows them down. Everything else was great.

Breakfast was one of the highlights of the facility and the staff was very friendly and courteous

I had to speak about Stephanie the bartender she was exceptional, even breakfast time she was attentive and alert she made sure we were assisted, she is one of the best staff with great customer service. and the hip strip was awesome I enjoyed the entire area.

Great Frontest and professional checkin. Very friendly Bartender and good mixed Cocktails. Very Clean Room and Terrasse with view to Montego Bay. Good Dinner and also friendly Service. Breakfast very good and great variety of option. Quick connection to the airport with Uber for only 10 US$ and less then 10 Min drive. Fast WLAN Connection. Pool has a nice view over the Bay.

Swimmingpool on the rooftop of the other building only accessible by stairs. You have no service telephone there and if you want to order from the bar they ask you a service fee of 5 US$ for a 5 Minutes walk if you call them with your mobile phone.

Love the rooms in general, the staff is great!

Each time I’ve stayed there, there has been a slight issue that really wasn’t fixable unless we moved rooms. This time, the TV did not work. I also think that they should just allow us to use Netflix and YouTube, instead of cable.

Absolutely nothing.

I’ve traveled to over 25 countries, and this place is by far the worst I’ve ever stayed at. The service is laughable. My wife and I decided to check out the day after checking in, after receiving confirmation from the manager that we would be refunded for the remaining 4 nights. After several emails regarding the refund, Onesha confirmed on July 11th that it had been processed and should be back in my account within 7 business days. Today is August 1st—20 business days later—and still no refund. I’ve been following up daily for the past 5 days with no response.

Everything clean good respectful employees luv it their definitely coming back next year

I understand the hotel to be newly renovated; however apart from the lobby the facilities were in poor condition, particularly the bathroom and pool area.
