I liked the restaraunt on premises, I loved how close the water was to our room, I liked how easy it was to get a taxi to wherever I wanted to go. I loved how clean the room was. I loved that the bed was a king sized bed

I stay here often and the staff is always exceptional. They know who I am and the acknowledge me and show me nothing but love and respect each time I come. The room was exceptionally clean and they fixed a minor water problem right away.

The water volume was on the lower side. And the transportation with the in house driver was quite expensive (because it’s private) like $100 USD each way. I don’t think there was Uber so was tricky to figure out a cost effective way to get around.

The staff was friendly, the beach behind the property was amazing and the food was authentic Jamaican food.

The water pressure in my shower. It starts out forcefully but trickles out quickly. But the one thing I can say is, it's a hot trickle, which makes it tolerable and bearable. Booked the same room for next year. I know what I'm getting.

I honestly cannot say enough good things about BHC. The people who work there were superior in their service. The grounds were kept beautiful every day. The restaurant and bar, Ocean Breeze that sits right on 7 mile beach, was a great place to meet fellow guests and locals. My condo, Garden Studio II, could not have been more perfect for two. And on the day I checked out I booked again for next year. Negril is a paradise all on it's own but what better place to lay your head down once you get there than Beach House Condo. Thank you Unique for your amazing professionalism and making my stay there truly memorable. Jennifer and the hospitality team for keeping my condo immaculate on a daily basis. Georgia, Jamar, Lance and Miller Time for their outstanding service in the restaurant. And all the grounds keepers and security and all those that I missed, they are the hidden gems. Quiet secluded place, walking distance to many beach restaurants, water was beautiful, accommodations were comfy and clean, staff was awesome, loved our stay.

The units are large, well-stocked, well-maintained, and private. The staff are exceptional, and the beach location is lovely.

There was nothing not to like. The bed was very comfortable, the room had all the basics you need for a few nights. The staff is very sweet and friendly. They really take care of their guests.

The location was very central, right on the seven mile beach. I loved that it's quiet and not a party vibe. The water is clean and beautiful, almost felt like our own private little beach as there were very few people around.

Did not take Discover credit card at front Bar and Restaurant. They did accept in 2020 and had the best burgers and banana mudslides so I did miss that as we only use Discover.

Property is beautiful with all the different trees and foliage. Condo was clean and very homie with great views from balcony. Staff are very friendly and helpful. The beach was awesome! Will definitely recommend to others!! Thank you staff for making us feel so welcome!!

Bed was very hard but outside of that everything was perfect.

The location is wonderful, just steps away from the beach and the staff are amazing!! Wifi was good for a few work calls we had to take.

The seaweed and ocean debri came in our last day but that is out of the control of the property and nothing to do with the Beach House Condos and they worked so hard all day to remove it.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Also they cleaned the beaches and the hut area every morning of any debri so it looked nice for the guests every day. Great food at the restaurant downstairs.

Complimentary breakfast would have been nice, and probably would attract more guests for a longer stay.

The breakfast was great, the cooks were courteous and the bartender was a lot of fun. Overall, I liked the well kept garden and green trees. Every thing was nice thus far. The only disappointment was, the breakfast was not complimentary as would expected.

The location of the condos is spectacular, we had never stayed anywhere actually on the beach before. It's a special place and that is location, but it's also the people. All the staff are friendly and kind and made us feel at home. When I did have a minor complaint it was dealt with instantly. The food in the restaurant is excellent.

The food, We tried the breakfast, it was not authentic so we never went back. I never seen anyone eat at the restaurant. However it is an amazing place to sit and relax.

What we love about the property the stuff was very friendly, especially the security guard  Errol Faulknor and Courtney Allen  they are two beautiful souls, so friendly and Loving and they know how to communicate with the staff very properly 

The property was clean and nice? Courtney Allen clean the property every day he did such a great job he make sure the property was all clean every morning and every evening before he leaves he was such a great person and he made our stay comfortable for us.

I didn't like the fact that we could not stay longer but planning to go back asap. What you expect my wife was able to work using the Wi-Fi with speeds between 18 to 68 mbps to connect to her job and clients which made it even more impressive I might add.

Listen my wife and I had the main suite with a kitchen living and dining room also a very large double closet not to mention three ceiling fans two ac units and ample space to move around. My moms had the upstairs suit with a large bedroom bathroom and space for a small refrigerator dresser office area and double closet space. Both levels had a large deck patio with tables and chairs also above the second level was a terrace very impressive that overlooked the 7-mile beach also with tables and chairs. Breakfast was amazing! Me myself being a great cook made some curry chicken with the local Jamaican ingredients coming out way better than using ingredients from Pennsylvania.

My stay was wonderful; definitely will be booking again in the future. Ideal vacation gate-away with top tier customer service. I traveled alone; management provides airport transportation. Owen was my driver; he made my ride comfortable and safe. 24/7 security made me very secure. My condo was very roomy and clean and lots of privacy. The views from my balcony were beautiful; definitely how it shown in the photos. I absolutely loved the trees! Security is excellent; overnight Security officer Faulknor went above and beyond. Anything I needed help with, he was there for assistance. The food at the beach front restaurant was delicious, it leads you right to the beach where you will find the glass bottom boat ride, parasailing, and many more restaurants . Staff was very friendly. Just amazing! Highly recommended if staying in Negril.

Security guard on beach refused us sun beds and towels as they were reserved for his favourites who had apartments beach facing. No use of umbrellas in scorching heat and was extremely rude and ignorant. the guests just left their towels and never actually used them during the day, very disappointing, thank you to the lovely waitress and other worker who agreed they were for everyone’s use and not to be reserved
