United KingdomLittle touches missing that makes a difference. Could improve on little things like a toiletries, such as proper bath soap. The bin in the toilet had lots of visible rust marks. Face towels have done their time as they are well used. Nevertheless, I’d stay again. Feels more 4 star.
Breakfast was amazing and so was dinner. Wonderful location spot! Staff were super helpful and welcoming!

Trinidad and TobagoAlthough the décor is fine in the restaurant where the breakfast buffet is located, maybe 1. in time the space can be expanded to accommodate more table settings 2. keep the décor traditional viz fixtures, chairs etc. however, spruce it up a bit with more vibrant colour and perhaps hang paintings/art of well known / upcoming Jamaican artists. 3. Pool area could do with a make over in general.

United KingdomThe pool was not clean and therefore unusable. Limited outside areas for daytime use. A wedding took place on the Saturday so there was nowhere outside to go and sit. But other than that, all was excellent. Oh one thing the netting by our window was torn. My other half opened the window as he didn't notice the tear at the base and the mosquitos ate us alive....
Location, customer service, food. Fantastic! And the beds were sooooò comfy. Couldn't fault any of it. Exceeded my expectations.

United StatesProperty shows its age and could use some updating. I was given two towels at the begining of a six day stay for two people and every day I had to request additional towels. At time refresh did not replace towels. Not in their control but traffic in that area at certain times was miserable.
Centrally located in a safe neighborhood. Property was well kept and staff were friendly and responsive to requested items. Breakfast was lovely and staff were attentive . It was nice they allowed me to meet up with my friends for breakfast for a charge.
