Closeness to all the major shops, easy access.. The breakfast was Devine,wide selection of choices the porridge each day as my favourite .. the front reception attention to detail is superb. The willingness to help is great. Martwain was so good to us.. best taxi driver wayne so accommodating and helpful.. The way the hotel catered for our needs by providing amenities as it was carnival to ensure smooth transition i think this needs to be commended . The room was lovely the view was not great but the ambience was appreciated , the bed was huge and we were a party of 4 and no issues at all.. Very Good Hotel

The only down side was the requirement to leave the credit card details at reception when checking in. This is unnecessary and tasteless.
The staff are excellent especially Joseph. The room was top quality. The restaurant is excellent. Breakfast could be improved upon as the selection was not great. United KingdomThe breakfast that was included with the room was not very good just eggs and some ham that looked really tough and some cereal. If you wanted a Jamaican traditional breakfast it came at a cost which was pricey. We ordered the breakfast nonetheless which took ages to arrive. We ended up having to leave it to catch our bus
Our stay was excellent we had a beautiful suite which had a four poster bed. We had dinner at the restaurant it was Wednesday and jerk night. The food was ok a bit on the pricey side, the deal sounded better than what we actually got. The cocktails however were great and reasonably priced.

Cayman IslandsAt one point we could only get hot water in the shower but the next day it wasn't like that, the TV never worked so we called front desk a d the battery was replaced. So I would suggest that these lill things be checked prior to the next guest checking in
The breakfast was excellent, location was perfect for the business that I came for but I don't think that the pics on your website justify the actual place, so I would suggest you upgrade the pics.

JamaicaThere was a leak in the room by the AC vent when we first arrived but it seemed to have cleared up. May have been condensation from the AC but would have appreciated someone attending to that before we checked in the room. I asked for a higher floor but was placed on the 3rd floor with our view being the car park for an adjoining hotel.
Breakfast was decent. Just right. Had dinner by the pool bar one evening and it was also good. The room was comfortable.

United KingdomThe first stay last week I left a paperback book in room which was not handed in to lost n found a week later . Cleaner yesterday left dirty bedding laundry on floor next to bed all day . Evening reception staff who checked us in was not helpful and rather condescending .

United States of AmericaThe room was still nice BUT had a loud orange sock hanging from the top of the pipe in the dress room but The room was still nice. BREAKFAST is NOT good even my free omelet was BLAND & dry and pancakes had no taste but my breakfast was free because of the sock left in my room. The free continental breakfast caters to Jamaicans only. Americans have to pay for simple things that free at other hotels in Jamaica but u can get toast and eggs and some fruit is there. They have people work in the breakfast area BUT they were only going to Certain tables if you catch my drift. I never had 1 person check on me or my husband to see if needed anything at all but as soon as I ate my last bite and stood to get some coffee and stepped away from the table a worker came up to me to ask to remove our plates.OMG I felt unwanted by my own people which VERY funny to me how they cater to other people .. My husband even asked the lady changing out food was she going to bring some more watermelon out and she just ignored him and stared at him.. Other than that I was n bed trying to sleep and they had construction workings building on the place while i was sleeping so was forced to get up. I feel like they know they have customers so why cant the people fix on the place at checkout time when you know people are out or up... The front desk manager was very nice though.
I had a suite so my room was big and nice and the bed as very comfortable.. Feb 17,2024 I had a night manager and she was very attentive and kind to a situation i had.

JamaicaI was told breakfast was complimentary and there is room service. I didnt know that if i ordered room service i wouod have to pay for the breakfast. I think the front desk staff needs to inform the guests about that. My card was just charged when i inquired why i was told i ordered breakfast, i ask if it was free , i was told if i ordered i would have to pay for it. I was not aware of that. Information needs to be clear.

The comfortable surroundings. Pleasant staff especially Francis and others at the front reception desk. The peace and quiet was great after a long day travelling from the u.k. Very comforting.
