We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

TV in all rooms, mango’s every morning from the tree ☺️. Comfortable beds. Easy access.

The location, the comfort of the property, swimming pool and most especially the mango tree with free mangoes every morning

The host was lovely and helpful when she was around. Had no troubles with her and was always easy to contact. We did enjoy having the breakfast with it which Ms Marie did cook for us some mornings. If we needed Ms pat she was easy to contact

United KingdomThe beach is a drive away. So you will need a car.. Not a major issue though.
Everything was great. I liked that the pool and gym was just a short walk away. The villa was very nice. Would I stay here again? A definite yes we were comfortable especially my partner.

United KingdomKettle not working, took 2 days to replace the kettle, despite several requests to do so. It took 3 days to replace the gas cylinder.
We were mislead into thinking that "breakfast will be provided"; instead what we got were some things to make breakfast. But the worse thing were the kettle didn`t work, and the cooker wasn`t working because the gas cylinder was EMPTY, and the people who run the place knew about this BEFORE we arrived, and took 3 days to get a replacement gas cylinder. We had to heat up water in the micro wave to make coffee. We didn`t know how to turn on the hot water, and it took 3 days for the people who run the place to tell us, despite several requests to sort out the hot water!
