I was disappointed with the housekeeping services during my stay. The housekeeper rarely came to clean the room, which made me feel neglected. Additionally, the stove in the kitchen was a bit rusty, which made it difficult to cook. The sink was clogging, which was also frustrating.

I dont think this location is for a family looking for a quiet stay. For us, we enjoyed it but my parents would not have enjoyed it neither would my friends travelling with young kids.

The location was perfect, access to Ocho Rios Beach while being on the main street close to all the shops. We also loved that there was a party every night at the compound...but when we were ready to sleep the ac drowned out the noise. Also, the place looks just like it does in the pictures.

the room wasn't as clean as It should be. I had to wash the dishes and wipe down shelfs and surface area. There wasn't any broom or dustpan to sweep up in the rooms either.

Location was spot on, the beach was lovely. and easy access to the local stores and supermarket. The beds were comfortable and Im glad the a/c, wifi and television worked without any fuss.

The walking distance to some of the buildings was far. The stairs is a hinderance for family member (older) guests.

The location is good and access to the facility was very easy and it felt safe. Loved that it had restaurants there so we were able to order food on the compound.

it is tatty in parts as the woodwork around the bathroom ceiling and skirting boards are falling off and we’re coming away which may have caused the tiny insects to be noticeable . but I always buy Baygone. the oven not clean and the bathroom door is decaying.

Tv problems....needed new batteries for the remote. Poor quality of kitchen dishes, glasses, pots and pans that need to be upgraded. Paid for 3 people to enjoy the room..Only 2 decent plates, one glass for juice, NO toaster provided and NO hairdryer . Called maintenance as toliet/shower leaking. We had a soggy bathroom for 2 days!!!

Loved the color and decor but lamp shades are badly soiled and stained ruining the look. Location, Location,Location !

there were cracks on the bathroom wall beside the mirror, I’m talking big cracks lifting off the wall. that’s not okay with me. the closet had an old dirty broom laying around in it and it smells moldy in there. The ironing board was all so dirty and they did not give me a code for the safe so I could not store my valuables in a safe area for thieves to not take them. I recommend having a network free television that’s able to connect to the Wi-Fi so I can watch Netflix and other entertainment platforms. the cable channel chips out for a while, and then chips and back.

the beds are soft and squishy, not too much it’s just right. took me a while to figure out the air conditioning but it worked, we had a cool room all day and night. There is hot water and towels, we even got extra towels in the closet. pots and pans and kitchen cutlery/ utensils are at our advantage, microwave and a whole lot. it’s a pretty good set up. very comfy and quite.
