I didn’t like that the beach closed so early

Close to airport. The servers were very pleasant.

The food selection for kids.

There was no hot water. Breakfast was crowded and had to wait 5 mins for plates and then again in long lines. Staff were ok but didn’t seem like they wanted to be there. One staff member (at pool snack bar) was actually quite rude to us and rolled her eyes when we asked for food

The beach was fantastic! The food was good and also the Italian restaurant was very enjoyable.

Unfortunately, they did not have any beef burgers at the beach grill the whole time we were there.

Staff were kind and friendly and the location was perfect.

I am really amazed with this stay. I loved the place, the room, each and every staff that's working there. Their customer service is excellent. Our room check out was at 11am and we had no where else to go until 3pm. They let us stay in the hotel and let us keep the wrist band. And for everyone you all know of you have the wrist band, you can go anywhere around the property. They also have us beach towel access even after being checked out. They had amazing night programs to keep us entertained. And the buffet food was excellent as well. I would definitely recommend this resort to other people.

The temperature in the main dining area is a bit warm at dinner time.

The staff was generally pleasant and helpful. I said generally because I made several times to speak with the guest manager and she did not return my call.

The room was filthy- very filthy. For instance, the shower head was dirty and muck dripped from it. The situation was so revolting that my son refused to take a shower.Eventually a kind housekeeper arrived and scrubbed the muck from the shower head.As Additionally, as soon as we entered the room, my son and I started coughing and sneezing. My eyes got red, swollen and started watering. I later discovered that the filters in the air conditioners were so filthy and heavily coated with dust and dead insects which subsequently littered the bed as my husband removed them to have them cleaned since no staff was available to clean them. The hotel's management is either non-existent or believe that it is a wanton waste of time to respond to customers' queries and requests to speak with them. Icalled the front office several times while I was at the hotel and even before writing this review, and no manager has attempted to reach out. The game room is laughable and I was also unable to secure any tennis rackets play on the newly upgraded tennis court. The only commendable aspects of the experience were the food, live entertainment, and the jocular staff that works in the dining areas and bars. Finally, forget this hotel if you have children older than 10- my son was bored stiff. As I have conveyed in the my conversations with the staff at the front office-san the manager- customers work very hard for their money and hence deserve at minimum- a decent experience.

The food tasted good for the most part, and there were specific members staff that made the stay worthwhile. The bell man, a waiter at the Italian restaurant-Ojadio, a waitress in the main dining room and a young lady at the Deli -Shelly. The property was beautiful, and the beach was nice, as well as the water sports. The AC was cold and nice

Check-in was a headache - It took an hour to check in, and after all that, we had to eat and go back for the room key. The room had no hot water, the towels and bed linens were dirty, seriously dirty. There was also a cockroach 🪳 in our room. The food lacked variety although it tasted good.

The room and the sea view were amazing. The beach area was great. The stuff did a good job, helpful and friendly.This was our second stay.The hotel was fully booked but this was no issue and all was well organized.

The food. It was almost every day the same food . The food at the beach bar is also very limited and always the same. The pizza offered at the pool during the day was unacceptable.The cooked food itself was good but to have everyday on the buffet the same limited food is for this price range not good enough. In this price range you have to offer for breakfast some cutlery and cheeses, but they don’t offer this.A good egg station for breakfast but only selection of food what you will always have for lunch. The lunch buffet is like the breakfast buffet and very limited.I am two times per month in Jamaica and we extended our stay for another two days. We asked for the price to pay it directly to the hotel. The offered rate was a crab a lot more expensive instead of doing it via booking.com also if the hotel has to pay a commission to booking.com. We saved a lot .

I stayed 3 days and everyday the food options were different. I enjoyed lunch and dinner , the omelette bar in the morning was great too . The place was so clean and the staff was amazing . I would definitely come back . Everything was easy access

Not really walking distance to anything good . From 530pm -7pm there are no food options available

The staff was very friendly and courteous. The different dining areas were nice and cozy the beach was clean and relaxing. For a smaller resort, they had a lot of different bars and eating areas..

The variation of food and fruits was limited. Seems like the same dishes almost every day. But the flavour and taste was great
