The place is in need of alot of TLC..No WIFI in the room which was a big inconvenience to me. And spoiled it..as I couldn't get to.family

The hotel is very dated and could do with some TLC

The location was good as it was tucked away behind the busy town and you could swim in the clear blue water off the wall from our room. The private patio was nice. There was a TV and air con.

This hotel is old and tatty and needs major refurbishment, but just about keeps going to a reasonable standard, which is why prices are lower than elsewhere. There was hot water and electricity though and a reasonable breakfast.

The location and the view are good points of this hotel, right by the sea in the centre of Ocho Rios. The staff were friendly and helpful.

There was no fridge, freezer in the room, the lighting could have been better, the bathroom needs an update badly. The swimming pool was closed, the beach area had broken seats. The older security guard was alway friendly, however the slim chef or kitchen staff had an issue to give me a spoon. The cleaners were lovely but didn’t do our room everyday but I did ask for extra towels which was provided.

The breakfast was great, the location was brilliant, two minutes into the central area which was buzzing, however the hotel was in a quiet location with Parking just outside. There was a small area outside downstairs from the hotel which had a section to climb down into the water, the air conditioning in the room was fab.

I stayed there over 12 yrs ago and it looked nothing like it was then. The place needs lot of renovation and care. I'm not sure if it's the pandemic why it is in that run down state. But the location is great. The Oceanview is spectacular. Regardless, I would still stay there 💯

Ivan the cook was awesome. Breakfast was delicious. We invited friends and went back for breakfast even after we left.

Upon entering the room the staff that opened and checked the room, went into the bathroom. I believe he put the toilet seat up......it was disgusting!!!! 😖 It looked like it hadn't been cleaned in months, BUT, it was old and stained, so that was the appearance of it!! GROSS🤢 I never sat on it.....

No breakfast.... location is awesome, very large verandah! Amazing view of the ocean! Everything is conveniently located! Food options are numerous. I have stayed there several times before.

The pictures on the website do not reflect the current condition of the property. The pool has no water in it, the bar area is closed. The beds are very uncomfortable. Overpriced for current condition. Staff was very accommodating.

Air conditioning in our room did not work. The room was a little dirty as well. It did not look well-maintained. Moreover, the pool was closed.

Well firstly the floor wasn't properly swept, we only got one towel, no rags. The toilet wouldn't flush, I had to fill a water bottle from the shower to flush it. The occupants upstairs were very noisy, I didn't sleep well throughout the night. The pillows were flat out and uncomfortable. I think the furnitures need a little upgrade. Apart from those, the food was great! And the staff was nice and friendly 👌

I like the staff, they were friendly and I love the ocean view.

The room smelled horrible, the sheets weren’t clean. The roof was leaking. The floor was sticky. The beds weren’t comfortable at all.

There was nothing much to like. One plus was that the room I got was big.
