Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (i.e. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

It was quite cold and the AC unit didn’t work. Very loud from the street below. Breakfast was average. Leaking toilet.
Well placed, close to a lot of things, amazing and accommodating staff. Clean rooms.

Perhaps the cleaning side, and housekeeping collect rubbish occasionally, and don’t like the wet room type of bathroom
Excellent location, great friendly staff we had an unfortunate arrival at wrong airport 350 kms away from Amman and Ahmed stayed in contact with us and w3 ended up arriving at 12,30 am and was happy to assist us with quick check in and recommend a restaurant for a quick meal, wonderful staff all very helpful even organising an earlier breakfast for us due to an early mirn8ng flight,

The hot water wasn't always hot but was adequate.
The hotel has an excellent price/location ratio. The host was very helpful and accommodating. The room was specious and clean. Its safe. If you're looking for a good hotel and have a limited budget, then this hotel is excellent. Dont be put off by some bad remarks.

At first i would like to thank the professional reservation manager fars , the friendly and helpful front desk. The place was exactly what we were looking for everything was great! Very good location in the center of downtown. Beautiful rooms, huge and top cleanliness, great quality of breakfast, I will come back to visit this place again for sure.

The water do not flow on the shower tray

it is not very modern, but the staff people are great, they will make sure that you’ll have a great stay there! I highly recommend it

The cleanliness was bellow our standards. I cleaned the light switches and door handles with desinfection wetwipes because you could see that it is dirty. The bathroom would also need a desinfection mop and a new shower curtain and a new anti slip mat aswell. Some bathroom bath mats would be great so that you wouldn’t need to put a towel on the floor. Breakfast is basic.
The location is near the market. The parking lots are just accros the street for 1JD/day. The sheets were clean and we were all together (family of 6) in one app./room. The beds are comfortable.

We loved this hotel, perfect location, the room was very comfortable and the bathroom was incredibly clean. The staff were so so friendly and helped direct us to the bus station to go to Petra, and recommended a great inexpensive restaurant. Loved our stay!

We almost like everything.
It was great everything. Importantly the breakfast was really good. The hotel is nearby tourist place like Roman theater etc. It is easy visit all historical places. The hotel staffs were really great and helpful.

Rooms are bit outdated and noisy as the hotel is right on the main road. we don't have any complain as we were out most days.
Centrally located hotel in downtown, few minutes walk to Roman Theatre ,Citadel and local markets. Rooms were big and beds too , hot water for shower available all the time . Breakfast was basic but plenty for us to fuel up. Staff are very friendly and helpful. They help us to print boarding passes. Superb hospitality.
